今晚兩個人吃,所以就根據我們的食量點了以下幾款菜式~
1.招牌小籠包($52/4隻)
幾乎是我們吃這家餐廳的指定動作,就是一開始叫一龍小籠包來開開胃。 小籠包的皮非常薄,你夾起來就會看到整個內陷被慢慢的湯汁包裹著,燈光下,更是可以看到皮是幾乎透亮能穿過燈光的感覺。而且這裡的醋還很細心地搭配了一點點薑絲,雖然是很細微,但是我很欣賞廚師的用心。所以,喜歡小籠包的朋友不要錯過哦。

我們進餐廳的時候,看到很多其他客桌都有點這個,所以就也嚐嚐。
果然群眾的眼光是雪亮的! 好好吃哦! 烤鴨配有六種配料,把所有配料搭配在烤鴨上,那簡直是吃不停呀! 而且烤鴨非常嫩,烤鴨皮師傅把礙眼的油脂去掉,只剩下脆脆又帶有本身鴨皮的油脂留下,真的是非常讓你的舌尖滿足的一道菜。 我們忘了數有幾張面皮,大概10張,非常夠的了。

3.金湯酸菜魚 $7!!!!!!
終於,我們的$7酸菜魚登場了! 裝盤大氣,魚肉新鮮!湯底金黃!
這個辣度是香港人覺得的剛剛好哦!是大眾能接受的酸菜魚口味,酸中帶辣,並且配上新鮮的豆芽菜,哇塞!我把所有豆芽菜都吃光了,這口味太讓人上癮了!而且能夠吃到魚肉非常彈牙新鮮,不是外面便宜的冰鮮魚感十足的魚片。所以說,$7哦!港幣哦! 不吃真的虧死! 哈哈

我們想著已經很飽了,不叫青菜,叫個甜品結束今晚的晚餐。 看到有這個很特別的豆腐花~ 既香麻,又陪豆腐花,竟然還有龍蝦? 感覺會是fusion的style! 於是我們就點了這個。 果然,擺盤精緻,拉高期待值!一口下去,好特別!豆腐花的甜和滑,混合着香麻甜醬,再接著爽口新鮮的龍蝦肉逗留在你的唇齒之間!我們都一致好評!是fusion的獨特味道!推薦!

必點菜式😋香酥烤鴨真好好食,食過咁多間片皮鴨而個係最酥脆,每一片烤鴨片廚師都好用心把皮下脂肪及肉起出,每一片都烤得金黃香脆配埋紫蘿蔔,青瓜,京蔥,烤鴨醬再加少少糖而個配搭一流😋食完鴨皮再食鴨肉,肉質鮮嫩多汁。

約了久未見面朋友聚舊,大家都想找一間可以慢慢坐傾計餐廳,朋友推介這間位於觀塘的京滬佳餚,一於試試!餐廳設計闊落,每張台之間都有充足空間,十分適合朋友相聚餐廳主打烤鴨,當然要點一隻試試。我們兩人點了一份香酥烤鴨($268),鴨皮片得很薄,入口酥香,而且餐廳廚師用心的將所有肥膏都片走,可以享受到鴨皮的香口而不油膩小籠包($52)皮薄多汁,入口鮮味十足,值得一點香麻龍蝦豆腐花($598)做法創新,味道亦十分有驚喜,一上枱已經氛圍十足,首先入口的是爽甜的龍蝦肉,跟著是融入花椒味的肉沬,最後是甜甜的豆腐花,看起來互不相干,但入又出奇地配合以這價錢可以有這個環境及食物質素,實在十分難得,值得推薦!
