咦?無講大廚教品嚐小籠包的步驟....在此逐個步驟話俾大家知:
1)先夾起小籠包蘸浙江醋
2)用筷子戳穿外皮,讓湯汁流在湯匙中
3)然後喝一口湯汁
4)將薑絲放在小籠包上,再一口吃掉
只要這4個步驟,吃小籠包就不燙嘴,又不浪費湯汁,我親身試過,真是不浪費,很棒!
