我哋叫咗一個排骨擔擔面,一個紅燒牛筋腩麵同一籠小籠包。首先係個排骨擔擔麵,個湯底一味得個辣字,件排骨係硬到我以為佢生前係舉開鐵。。

至於個紅燒牛筋腩麵,係完全清到一個點,除咗啲牛筋腩有少少花椒八角味,其餘麵菜湯都係完全冇味,仲要食得出啲牛腩上面有好多毛未清好,女朋友食咗一半已經唔想食🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

最後小籠包都只係中規中矩,入邊得幾滴肉湯,完全唔似係一間老字號嘅出品💁🏻‍♂️

如果俾我揀多次一定唔會再嚟呢度食,呢個故事教訓我哋唔好貪平就走入間餐廳度🙅🏻‍♂️

之前食開一間尖沙咀k11既霸王川莊,覺好水煮魚好食又過癮,今次就又想食片鴨,所以就試下霸王山莊,點知差一個字就真係差好遠,野食質素同環境都比川莊“地”好多。因為HSBC card有做套餐優惠,所以就選左套餐,野食份量多就多,但真係麻麻,應該冇下次。晚市信用卡套餐(2位) $523雞絲粉皮作為涼菜,唔凍已經麻麻地,粉皮過厚,麻醬花生醬味道夠,但太“杰”了,唔單止有啲難撈,食到咁上下都有啲啲漿口同膩 砂鍋雲吞雞(位)湯係比味精湯有誠意少少,雲吞味道OK, 雞就一般“鞋”,不過反正係湯料,唔太拎利食,就冇咩所謂黑醋小排骨算係全晚最好食,酸味夠,肉質都夠軟諗,只係略為有少少肥瘦不均北京烤鴨(例)基本上我都係為左烤鴨而叫set, 但真係一般,可以比酒樓更一般,面皮過厚,醬汁味道有少少怪,鴨肉同皮之間既肥膏冇片走,而樣係我食片鴨最怕的,有啲噁心乾貝蛋白炒飯份量超多,但味道係1,冇咩味,覺得只係驚唔夠餓而塞落個set到霸王小籠包一般貨仔,只係比叮叮多汁啲啲總括而言,我話抵食,只係基於而個價錢有咁多野食,出去食片鴨一般都唔平,所以而個價有咁多野食算抵,份量又大,但質素真係麻麻偏低,所以應該冇下次了

呢排一直都好想揾機會食片皮鴨,終於今個happy Friday 4人成團,朋友幫手book左尖沙咀老店霸王山莊。對上一次黎霸王山莊已經係幾年前既事,同樣都係食片皮鴨,印象係幾好味既。今日再食,水準依然!片皮鴨外皮香脆,油香味豐富,而且唔會片到太厚太多肉,恰到好處。另外佢既餅皮少少煙韌,亦唔會太厚,口感幾唔錯。食上海野一定要點小籠包,呢到既小籠包皮唔算厚,咬落佢肉汁豐富,肉既質地亦唔會好散,值得推介 呢味風味孜然羊一上到黎就勁濃孜然味,真係好似以前食孜然串燒咁濃味,不過驚喜既係佢食落又唔會太濃味,就算唔送飯就咁食都唔驚佢太咸。酸菜魚係我最愛食既菜式之一!呢到既酸菜魚真係勁大份,4個人都未必食得晒。最欣賞係佢一啲都唔孤寒,魚片厚肉得的好滑好鮮味,仲要份量都多,另外仲有唔少蒟蒻粉!至於個酸菜湯都幾好味,酸得黎夠晒麻香,亦唔會好辣。至於呢款冰糖小圓蹄,由於我已經食到好飽同本身唔食豬皮同肥肉,所以我只係食左小小瘦肉,感覺都幾淋同埋醃得幾入味。點左咁多肉,我地都有點番個上湯浸菜苗黎清清腸胃,菜苗幾清脆,都唔錯。Overall黎講,今晚都食到幾滿足,同埋佢地都算係keep 到水準,上菜又快,價錢同份

食上海野一定要點小籠包,呢到既小籠包皮唔算厚,咬落佢肉汁豐富,肉既質地亦唔會好散,值得推介

呢味風味孜然羊一上到黎就勁濃孜然味,真係好似以前食孜然串燒咁濃味,不過驚喜既係佢食落又唔會太濃味,就算唔送飯就咁食都唔驚佢太咸。

酸菜魚係我最愛食既菜式之一!呢到既酸菜魚真係勁大份,4個人都未必食得晒。最欣賞係佢一啲都唔孤寒,魚片厚肉得的好滑好鮮味,仲要份量都多,另外仲有唔少蒟蒻粉!至於個酸菜湯都幾好味,酸得黎夠晒麻香,亦唔會好辣。

至於呢款冰糖小圓蹄,由於我已經食到好飽同本身唔食豬皮同肥肉,所以我只係食左小小瘦肉,感覺都幾淋同埋醃得幾入味。

Overall黎講,今晚都食到幾滿足,同埋佢地都算係keep 到水準,上菜又快,價錢同份量都公道,我之後都會想帶屋企人黎食下。

今晚喺尖沙咀行完街,同朋友好想食烤鴨,行到金馬倫道尾,見到有間上海菜,但感覺似茶餐廳,又無北京烤鴨,朋友最終都係話去返隔離霸王山莊,入到去,都幾多人,但帶位果位姐姐都比左張幾闊落嘅檯比我地2個人,我2人套餐,有例牌烤鴨,岩晒我地2個人,坐左一陣離遠見到烤好左隻鴨喺出面,我忍唔住走出去影相,隻鴨出黎好靚,見姐姐片完上檯,都唔錯,聞到鴨香味,食入口皮脆肉多汁,啱晒我地口味,宮保蝦球大大隻,啖啖肉,真係好好味!我地2個人最後食到好飽,下次一定帶埋屋企人黎食,到時可以嘆足成隻鴨

千層蔥油餅呢個都比我想像中有驚喜喎嚟到嘅時候有兩小塊,每1塊都開咗4分啱晒一家人分住食蔥油餅雖然咁大塊,但係非常厚身而且外皮真係做到千層嘅效果鬆化到一夾起外皮都會脆到散咗而且蔥香突出,唔會過分油膩霸王炒飯呢度除咗炒粉麵飯,都仲有炒年糕嗰類我哋嗌炒飯因為年糕怕太滯而且炒飯仲可以送賽螃蟹呢個飯嘅配料好多,炒到粒粒分明好乾身調味唔算特別多,不過可以食到每樣材料嘅味道我哋再叫咗干扁四季豆同樣炒到非常乾身,仲好有鑊氣手拍黃瓜拌木耳,醃料夠入味砂鍋雲吞雞有一人分,想過吓癮都唔會太大負擔整體餸菜中上,而且價錢唔貴除咗屋企人之外,仲好適合打工仔放工嚟聚餐

呢個都比我想像中有驚喜喎

啱晒一家人分住食
蔥油餅雖然咁大塊,但係非常厚身
而且外皮真係做到千層嘅效果
鬆化到一夾起外皮都會脆到散咗
而且蔥香突出,唔會過分油膩

霸王炒飯
呢度除咗炒粉麵飯,都仲有炒年糕嗰類
我哋嗌炒飯因為年糕怕太滯
而且炒飯仲可以送賽螃蟹
呢個飯嘅配料好多,炒到粒粒分明好乾身
調味唔算特別多,不過可以食到每樣材料嘅味道

我哋再叫咗干扁四季豆
同樣炒到非常乾身,仲好有鑊氣
手拍黃瓜拌木耳,醃料夠入味
砂鍋雲吞雞有一人分,想過吓癮都唔會太大負擔
整體餸菜中上,而且價錢唔貴
除咗屋企人之外,仲好適合打工仔放工嚟聚餐

恢復左四人限聚令都一段日子四個人來講有咩正得過一齊食一隻片皮鴨位於尖沙咀嘅霸王山莊雖然唔算係一間傳統老店但係京川滬應有嘅菜式呢度都可以見到今次就等我分兩集同大家講吓唔同菜式啦北京烤鴨半隻燒鴨半隻夠晒四個人分㗎啦主要係食返鴨肉嘅質感唔油膩,冇肥膏,夠鴨肉香每人食咗幾件都唔會話太滯比較驚喜係蒸餅皮一塊紙竟然上下兩邊都有皮絕對唔會話食到最尾嗰幾件鴨就會冇晒黃金翡翠蝦球唔知幾時開始,突然間好興餸菜加鹹蛋黃但老實講,有時唔係全部餸都夾不過呢度嘅配搭唔單止好夾蝦球超級大粒,比鹹蛋黃滿滿包裹住蝦肉仲超彈牙,成件事好match連啲配菜嘅豆角都好好味,完全無渣賽螃蟹有冇人覺得呢個都係上海嘢必叫我自己真係好鍾意食蛋白蛋白唔會過熟,煮得啱啱好,好嫩加埋少少醋同埋好香蛋味嘅蛋黃又滑又香,啱晒用嚟送飯

北京烤鴨半隻
燒鴨半隻夠晒四個人分㗎啦
主要係食返鴨肉嘅質感
唔油膩,冇肥膏,夠鴨肉香
每人食咗幾件都唔會話太滯
比較驚喜係蒸餅皮
一塊紙竟然上下兩邊都有皮
絕對唔會話食到最尾嗰幾件鴨就會冇晒

黃金翡翠蝦球
唔知幾時開始,突然間好興餸菜加鹹蛋黃
但老實講,有時唔係全部餸都夾
不過呢度嘅配搭唔單止好夾
蝦球超級大粒,比鹹蛋黃滿滿包裹住
蝦肉仲超彈牙,成件事好match
連啲配菜嘅豆角都好好味,完全無渣

賽螃蟹
有冇人覺得呢個都係上海嘢必叫
我自己真係好鍾意食蛋白
蛋白唔會過熟,煮得啱啱好,好嫩
加埋少少醋同埋好香蛋味嘅蛋黃
又滑又香,啱晒用嚟送飯

心血來潮想食北京片皮鴨,便試吓開咗好多年的上海菜館—霸王山莊,重拾正宗的上海口味😍😘第一道菜就是花雕醉雞,本身選用了雞髀的位置,所以肉質鮮嫩,口感十足,軟軟淋淋,加上花雕酒味濃郁,好味😙接著就是黃金蝦球和紅油抽手,鹹蛋黃的菜式,怎樣也好味(個人喜好😂),加上新鮮大蝦,蛋黃又香香脆脆,而抽手則皮夠薄,晶凝通透,加埋微微辣椒醬,開胃😊之後就是必食的蜜汁火方餅夾響鈴,鹹鹹脆脆。😘到重頭戲北京烤鴨,皮脆脆,肉有少少厚,食一兩舊就好飽了😊
