I think the pictures speak for itself. Pink cold meat. But the worse part is that we struggled to cut the meat because the tendons were all over. Not a good cut of meat and not cooked properly. Quite a shame as none of us could finish the food.

Spoke to staff and at first they claimed that 'it is supposed to be like this'. Then after we showed him all the food they finally admit that it was not edible. In the end they did try to make it up but we were too tired from trying to cut the meat so we gave up.

Dessert was fine but everyone was not in the mood anymore. Service was not great and overall not a pleasant time.

Tried to ask them to cut an ice cream cake but they couldn't because 'cake was too cold'. Birthday celebration ruined!

Please be aware of this place!

大廚好特別咁將尼一項菜式放做頭盤, 不過上菜時候staff都好好人幫我當主菜咁上,
由於尼個burnt onion risotto係餐廳最signature既菜式, 所以幾乎每台都會嗌!! 一上台已經聞到好香既洋蔥味, 中間會擺一隻炸到半熟既蛋, 食之前要整爛佢將D蛋汁同飯撈埋一齊, 意大利飯粒粒分明好有咬口, 而且十分creamy, 每一啖都有濃濃既洋蔥香味, 2個人share 1/2 portion就岩岩好👍🏻

主菜就叫左個羊扒食, 傻仔左嗌左medium搞到overcook左😩 不過肉質都尚算軟嫩, 但就無前菜咁有驚喜

整體來講前菜好有驚喜, 味道偏重口味, 主菜較為遜色, 價錢算中等價位, 諗唔到中環食咩好可以一戰~

It is another memorable bday experience of coz, but the restaurant has literally played 5-6 times the same happy bday song for different customers that night. I am not sure is it just a coincidence that every table was celebrating bday that night only or whatsoever, from the birthday person's perspectives, i dont like the guessing part everytime the bday song was played. Just imagine how will you feel getting all prepared to be surprised but end up it is not for you...

Their "first flavours" and "sweet treats" are really nice! I would recommend the steak tartare which matches perfectly with the crackers (we wish there are more crackers), and Mr Whippy, which is a Hong Kong Milktea flavored ice cream with bubbles!

平日夜晚黎。黎前先見到之前個食評話冇安心唔入得,嚇得我即刻打去問。好彩佢話填字仔都得,只係可以食到10點。裏面都幾有氣氛,黃黃黑黑咁,幾啱飲嘢。坐得都舒服。位嘅距離都可以。是晚好肚餓。頭盤:八爪魚:八爪魚量算少,但有薯仔幾塊,好多醬,所以好咸。大份意大利飯:signature 黎。真大份,但好咸。唔係食唔落嗰隻,但真係偏咸。青木瓜沙律:正常。唔係清新嗰隻,但食緊其他兩碟嘅呢碟用黎啷口都唔錯。主菜:豬扒:signature 黎。皮都係咸。好彩肉唔係。個醬都okSeared Bass: 最正常。有堆片薄咗嘅荀響面。夾埋食幾好。魚味普通,皮唔脆,未至於好好味。炸Brussels: 其實炸得幾好,個菜面燶燶地,但又係嗰個問題,個皮好咸,食食吓真係頂唔順要撇咗個皮先可以繼續食。甜品:珍珠奶茶雪糕:部分珍珠個芯未煮熟,冇乜奶茶味,係vanilla 雪糕。但個雪糕個質感唔錯,有啲哈根大師feel, 幾好味。Pavlova: 算大份。個脆皮夠脆,但醬較多,偏甜但可接受。朱古力蛋糕:個人最鐘意呢個。但真係估你唔到,連呢個都有啲位突然好咸(因為有海鹽). 個蛋糕好濃朱古力味,hazelnut 味亦強,質感

裏面都幾有氣氛,黃黃黑黑咁,幾啱飲嘢。坐得都舒服。位嘅距離都可以。是晚好肚餓。


頭盤:
八爪魚:八爪魚量算少,但有薯仔幾塊,好多醬,所以好咸。
大份意大利飯:signature 黎。真大份,但好咸。唔係食唔落嗰隻,但真係偏咸。
青木瓜沙律:正常。唔係清新嗰隻,但食緊其他兩碟嘅呢碟用黎啷口都唔錯。


主菜:

Pavlova: 算大份。個脆皮夠脆,但醬較多,偏甜但可接受。
朱古力蛋糕:個人最鐘意呢個。但真係估你唔到,連呢個都有啲位突然好咸(因為有海鹽). 個蛋糕好濃朱古力味,hazelnut 味亦強,質感有啲似brownies. 但會太甜。其實幾好味。


總結:咸唔係淨係我講的,全檯都覺得呢間嘢太咸。雖然甜品全部都不錯,但主菜咁咸真係好難會再返黎食. 各位今晚食完聽朝可能會對眼腫曬.

希望大家唔會有同類型遭遇先專登寫依篇食評!希望OPENRICE可以張貼。依間餐廳對客人的態度令人十分失望!本身我係2星期前已經預約好食飯,諗住同朋友慶祝生日,餐廳同官網從來無提及過只可以用安心出行APP先可以係餐廳用膳。我去到門口時,receptionist 先同我地講無APP就無得入場。問佢點解唔可以填寫表格去代替,一句company policy就完左,解釋都懶得解釋,政府都叫做仲有選擇畀市民,點解餐廳反而強制食客去做D咩?如果有1位客人真係唔記得帶手機,咁唔洗食啦!餐廳官網仲好意思講自己重視客人,又話重視親情,咁既態度咁既安排真係令人好失望!我最後無食到依餐飯,就算幾好食都無用,都唔尊重客人!希望大家都諗清楚啦!

I went there for lunch with my girlfriend.The first encounter with the front desk was terrible. Just upon arrival they forced us to use the ‘leave home safe app’ in order to be accepted in the restaurant. Despite informing them that I don’t have the app, and moreover i use a company phone (i cant install software there without permission), they invited me to leave if i was not scanning the app.I wonder how come a restaurant can treat their customers in such a rude and inflexible way.One may thin

I went there for lunch with my girlfriend.

The first encounter with the front desk was terrible. Just upon arrival they forced us to use the ‘leave home safe app’ in order to be accepted in the restaurant. Despite informing them that I don’t have the app, and moreover i use a company phone (i cant install software there without permission), they invited me to leave if i was not scanning the app.
I wonder how come a restaurant can treat their customers in such a rude and inflexible way.

One may think they are very commited in fighting the virus but, oh boy, once you enter inside you realise they are at full capacity, using 100% of the tables which are extremely close to each other. When it comes to their profit, following HK laws on virus prevention is not important anymore.

Aside from that rude attitude from front desk and the restaurant not abiding by the legal regulations, the rest of the staff was friendly and tried their best despite the extremely slow speed from the kitchen. The waiting time between dishes was abnormal (maybe because they are running the restaurant at full capacity).

To the chef, i would suggest to control the salt levels, as both the salad, and the sides of the pork belly were extremely high.

Due to the lack of customer-focused experience, we are not coming back.
