To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

附近有間咁高質嘅魚生飯真係好正啊!有好多唔同配套嘅魚生,而且呢個價錢佢係超級新鮮,仲要好厚,如果你揀碗嘢入邊有其他樣嘢唔想食或者想轉其他呢,亦都可以根據餘生嘅價錢去轉換㗎。基本上一定啱你口味。今次我揀呢一個係有吞拿魚蓉,三文魚腩,海膽同埋赤背,仲有我最鍾意嘅帶子。個帶子真係有厚又甜,海膽其實每一次都有機會係比唔同海膽嚟嘅,睇吓嚟貨係邊度咁其實價錢都會有唔同,如果想要高級啲都可以加錢轉㗎。提一提,因為小店樓面有限,其實都係得幾個位,如果你想堂食嘅話真係最好book定定位。

估唔到醫院附近有咁好食嘅日本小店~位置唔係好多🥲開中午12點 12點15分到已經得返1張2人枱 本身叫咗普通角切魚生丼。但見到有個油甘魚三色丼勁吸引 店員仲要話係琴晚啱啱到貨 即刻轉咗🤣油甘魚三色丼 🐟🍣$138每一塊魚生都係厚切 仲食得出鮮味但略嫌壽司飯整得太濕 同埋酸度唔夠唔似靚嘅日本米🥺🍚

【長沙灣】金鮨今日去荔枝角搵朋友,平時好日都唔會嚟,一於順便喺度搵食啦!荔枝角工業區嗰邊餐廳大多比較早收舖,沿住大馬路行咗6-7分鐘嚟到呢個小區,原來好多野食喎。😳揀咗間日式小店,舖仔細細,但menu非常豐富,有多款丼飯、壽司、特色小食 等🤩。海膽來自韓國,店員話有需要可以+$38轉日本海膽,不過我哋冇食過韓國海膽,都想試吓。韓國海膽顏色比較鮮艷,口感好creamy ,不過味道上比日本嘅淡啲。😌偷聽到店員話今日油甘魚好靚,即刻落單。🤭刺身全部都好肥美,尤其油甘魚新鮮甘甜。😍💖呢度裝修好有feel,充滿日式感覺,碗碟同杯都花咗心思。 💖店員超好服務,全程用餐體驗良好,有種好似去咗人哋屋企食飯嘅感覺🤣,都係我鍾意去小店嘅原因。👉🏻座位有限,建議先訂位。我8點半左右walk-in大概等咗15分鐘,唔算耐都幾好彩🙌🏻。✨金鮨 📍長沙灣沙灣兼善里44號A3地舖

金鮨價錢💲: ~$170/ $42/ $26/ $13好味程度😋: 4.5/5服務🍴: 4/5環境🗾: 3.5/5性價比🥢: 4.5/5回頭率😚: 4.3/5-呢間好食到好想私心收藏,事隔幾個月終於拎出來一齊share🤣 只係一間位於長沙灣細細的店,斜對面就係contrast,但呢個位置都比較清靜。入到去大概只有10個位置,好大機會要等位。由一個師傅同店員經營,會同食客吹下水,好有人情味。佢地主打的丼飯同魚生性價比超高,其他地方好難用呢個價錢食到呢個質素❤️-✅深海池魚王五色丼。有池魚、三文魚、呑拿魚、拖羅蓉、帶子。每樣都有2-3片,份量好足。底下的醋飯有D黏,但醋味足夠。三文魚正常,唔係特別肥美🤔帶子厚肉鮮甜!拖羅蓉軟綿綿好好撈飯😬 赤身同中拖都唔腥,又冇筋🤤最特別的池魚王魚味較淡,但口感爽彈👍🏻-✅✅炙燒碟魚壽司(隱藏菜單,要問店員)。為左呢舊而去!店員好心提醒我地2個人叫1舊都夠,真係已經好滿足!超過20cm場的碟魚足以比美出面3舊壽司的長度😱燒過的碟魚好似左口魚咁有滿滿的油脂,入口即溶😍口感超級軟,魚油味齒頰留香🥹-✅✅蒲燒鰻魚壽司。鰻魚肥美厚肉,係有厚度的一舊,而唔係薄薄的一片🤩鰻魚無骨通唔腥,唔係好平個d cheap cheap鰻魚。小小鰻魚汁帶出鮮味,加埋紫菜同芝麻,香口得來連飯食都唔鹹🤓-✅炙燒三文魚腩壽司。三文魚塗上薄薄一層的醬汁,燒到小小焦香,香味出晒來☺️-估唔到除左刺身丼,壽司一樣出色,因為大舊得來,面頭的刺身係長的‼️丼飯由八十至二百幾都有,豐儉由人,質素新鮮,一定一定會再來!個就碟魚到而家都幾得有幾驚喜😚😚
