之前撞到個朋友,佢岩岩就係棋哥買完外賣,我地寒暄幾句,佢話棋哥啲燒鵝唔錯架於是有日係銅鑼灣諗唔到食乜就行左去天后食呢間餐廳非常旺場,而且價錢都合理原隻燒鵝髀飯呢度最出名就係食燒鵝佢就真係成隻髀咁比你食咬落去,有一種好特別嘅煙燻味,燒鵝皮又薄又香,肥瘦適中梅子醬唔會太甜,點少少黎食,別有一番風味叉燒乳豬飯乳豬皮好脆身,肉質帶點肥又嫩滑叉燒叫左肥叉,個人口味愛吃肥叉,不過就算叫左肥叉都唔會話淨係得肥肉叉燒幾爽口

夾起燒鵝件, 燒鵝燒得均勻,皮脆且薄,可是皮下沒有半點脂肪 …… 太瘦。咬下去鵝皮脆得來過份乾硬,加上完全欠缺皮下脂肪,缺少了一點鵝膻及油潤口感。

因為前幾日先光顧完中環某出名燒鵝店,今日中午時段行經天后見棋哥燒鵝嘅價錢要比中環嗰間貴兩蚊,好奇心驅使下就行入去點咗燒鵝瀨套餐。套餐$58包一杯熱飲。燒鵝同瀨粉份量都多少少,不過有肉嗰邊都幾肥,另一邊就差唔多全骨。燒鵝有好濃嘅煙燻味,皮唔係太脆,瀨粉就正常。在天后區收$58 我會有期望,所以我只幫襯這一次。

中伏中到咁都係第一次!燒鵝肥仲多過肉,D肉韌得黎仲要生生地。同佢哋講換返D食得入口嘅就立即黑面又諸多籍口拒絕,$108買個燒鵝脾飯連一舊可以放入口嘅都冇,服務態度好似欠咗佢全家咁,被虐狂歡迎內進。

今日行過諗住買兩隻下庄返屋企,叫個收銀阿姐一隻斬一隻唔斬,睇吓有無偷工減料,殊不知返到屋企兩隻都斬晒,只留咗隻髀唔斬,哈!詐傻扮懵!嘩!我頂!個面就擺得好啦!但一揭開個面,底下全部頸同唔係下庄位來,唔怪得叫佢唔好斬佢扮唔知囉....仲有隻鵝髀削走咗一邊肉,見晒骨,嘩!唔怪得成隻下庄可以放得晒落個咁細既外賣盒度啦,咁攪法你就唔好分咩上下庄啦,直接一個例牌價算啦~其實味道係唔差既,但咁唔老實點可以再繼續幫襯呢令我諗起台北果間鴨肉騙,不過人地起碼無偷工減料,只係昆你叫多啲,而家呢間燒鵝店可以叫做鵝肉騙了棋哥!做生意唔係咁架!天后水魚多?!莫非啲鵝頸有其他用途?!

燒臘,以前是代表「喜事」、「幸運」的食物,古有婚事切乳豬、升職就「斬大舊叉燒」加餸,現在,它是「佬味」的代名詞,所謂「男人的浪漫,豆腐火腩飯」,燒臘在不同年間陪伴我們多個歲月。我喜愛燒臘,而燒鵝是最令我又愛又恨,它的脆皮、鵝油是何等吸引、惹人咬佢一口可是市面上可說是良莠不齊,外皮唔脆又有,瘦如柴枝又有,更甚的是有鴨扮鵝添,想食靚鵝都唔係咁易,但唔試又點得世間靚鵝,今次我就去那間以燒鵝做生招牌的棋哥闖蕩一下。一次就試兩樣,燒鵝拼乳豬就最夾架啦,一上桌就見到大大碟,最是滿足。食就梗係食出名的燒鵝,皮好脆,食下去真是有炭烤的香味,原來炭烤的鵝肉子除了有鵝油的脂香味道,還有一份香烤甜味。但旁邊的酸梅醬好甜,唔太夾那麼出色的燒鵝。另一邊是乳豬件,老實說切得好幼,比較奇怪,食左一件乳豬,感覺脆而不鬆,肉質較硬淨但有豬肉味,這貨色一次就夠。鵝係得架!其他咪唔得囉⋯⋯

食就梗係食出名的燒鵝,皮好脆,食下去真是有炭烤的香味,原來炭烤的鵝肉子除了有鵝油的脂香味道,還有一份香烤甜味。但旁邊的酸梅醬好甜,唔太夾那麼出色的燒鵝。

另一邊是乳豬件,老實說切得好幼,比較奇怪,食左一件乳豬,感覺脆而不鬆,肉質較硬淨但有豬肉味,這貨色一次就夠。

見呢間野開咗2間,晏晝行開見好多人排隊,咁諗做冬果日買半隻俾家人試下,已經驚凍左唔好食,就揸車去買9秒9車番屋企,點知難食到呢...成盒野仲係暖㗎,但d肉又硬又黑又鞋,皮又巢忟忟!250蚊半隻咁既鵝,真食到一肚氣!永不幫襯!大家小心啊
