行街行開銅鑼灣,朋友口痕想食燒味,即刻帶佢黎呢到坐低。以往都食過大壹其他分店既出品,間間水準都平均的高質,唔會間間質素不一。 當日叫左三樣野:上庄燒鵝($128)、一個套餐(要左單拼叉燒)($78)及一個燒腩仔瀨($58) 落單後食物小快就送到,先講燒鵝,當日叫左上庄,鵝算大隻,外皮燒得飽滿,食落皮脆不韌,皮下脂肪經燒烤後有但不會過多,唔會食兩舊就滯,而鵝肉入味又不會過老。酸梅醬調味偏甜,食落亦有開胃之用。唯一可改善既係燒鵝汁可以比多小小/分開兜上。 叉燒要左半肥瘦,餐廳用上梅頭肉燒製,每舊都有肥有瘦,不會全舊肥膏。叉燒入口充滿玫瑰露香,調味較甜,送飯一流 燒腩仔肥瘦分明,皮外脆而鬆化,肉不會死咸,配上餐廳既芥末食一流。 餐廳包一碗飯、老火湯、油菜及飲品,食完包飽。 餐廳總括黎講燒味水準高,價錢係銅鑼灣唔算貴,平時嗌外賣斬料/想食燒味都推介。
