喺鰂魚涌做完嘢,就同同事去老闆推介嘅幸圓食完先走。呢間餐廳主打西日 fusion 菜式,仲有甜品。簡約嘅日本和風式裝潢,座位好舒適,環境氣氛好好。🥩唔係寶雲酥伊比利亞羊肋排呢個羊肋排擺盤好精緻,睇落唔算好大,但係好厚,又唔會過熟,好嫩嘅口感又多汁,簡直一流。🦪三杯酢廣島蠔嚟自日本嘅全殼生蠔,同其他生蠔比,廣島蠔嘅口感爽脆香甜,肉質油潤,海味豐富,無得頂。🐙燒八爪魚配蒜味味增蛋黃醬八爪魚燒得啱啱好,外脆內軟,彈牙十足,配埋蒜味味增蛋黃醬,令人一啖接一啖咁食,停唔到口。🍣刺身盛八點三文魚,油甘魚,帶子等等嘅刺身拼盤。見到擺盤精緻已經係滿滿嘅心動,打卡又靚。精挑細選嘅高級刺身,鮮甜味盡顯,實在滿足。 continue reading

今日,我約客戶去咗位於鰂魚涌嘅幸圓餐廳享用晚餐。呢間餐廳係主打日本餐,環境優雅,氣氛寧靜舒適。我哋點咗幾款菜,首先嚟佢哋嘅烤香茅椰青西班牙五花肉,呢款豬肉經過特別調味,烤得外脆內嫩,香氣撲鼻,真係令人食後回味無窮。我仲叫咗脆皮半熟鴨胸配奶油胡椒汁。個鴨肉色澤金黃,外皮酥脆內裡肉質嫩滑, 搭配上濃郁嘅奶油胡椒汁,口感豐富。佢嘅嘅魚虾蟹好多士超好食!新鮮嘅海鮮經過特別處理 ,炸得金黃酥脆,每一口都充滿海鮮嘅鮮甜味一定要叫嘅燒八爪魚配蒜味味增蛋黃醬, 八爪魚經過精心燒烤 搭配上蒜味味增蛋黃醬,鮮味與濃郁味道完美結合,令人驚艷。幸圓餐廳嘅晚餐體驗非常滿意,不僅食材新鮮精緻,每一道菜都烹飪得恰到好處,服務亦非常周到。適合各種場合,特別是商務宴請,因為個環境好宁静,好體面。 continue reading

囡囡生日,碰上剛好有工作在太古城中心處理,所以搜尋附近餐廳慶祝。有見網上評分較高,甜品亦相當吸引眼球,決定一試。晚上的鰂魚涌人比較少,八點到達已經只餘下一兩台客餐廳已係日式木系設計,由於人少關係,店員都安排了比較寬敞的位置點了三份餐,套餐包含了味噌湯小吃和蒸蛋。味噌湯可能因為蜆肉比較多,所以略為鹹,蒸蛋不錯。女兒選擇了烏冬,配以關東煮,先上一口湯,女兒表示濃郁美味,關東煮的份量也十分多,全都濃郁入味。我和先生都吃了魚生飯,魚生都比較新鮮,而且份量比較多最後點了甜品,用來當作蛋糕慶祝,甜品精緻,而且配搭恰當,有機會要再來試其他甜品 continue reading
