What we ordered:壽司薄餅(鰻魚)青龍卷網燒牛舌網燒味淋魚乾高體若日式麻醬豆腐沙律自家玉子燒明太子雞翼芝麻雞翼清酒煮蜆蒜香牛油栗米蒜香牛油燒帆立貝鹿兒島豚肉露筍The one that caught us by surprise was the sushi pizza. We thought it’s cold sushi on top of regular, room temperature sushi rice, but it turned out to be warm, with a hard base. The unagi was sweet and fatty. The surprised base of the pizza was done by pan-fried rice. The grilled ox tongue pieces had good texture. They were big and not that chewy. The 高體若 whole fish sashimi ($398) was fresh and sweet. It’s an off menu item and was recommended by the staff. A number of fish had been flown in from Japan the same day, with the 高體若 being one of them. 銅鑼灣「古今二」,菜單選擇豐富。串燒整體10分高質。雞軟骨串燒口感滑嫩,外焦內軟,簡直讓人一口接一口。蒜香牛油帆立貝串燒,香氣撲鼻,牛油的香味與帆立貝的鮮味相得益彰。黑豚豬頸肉串燒則是肉質鮮嫩,搭配特製醬汁,讓我回味無窮。椒鹽雞腎香脆的外皮和濃郁的椒鹽味道,完美提升了整體體驗。創意卷物。火焰海膽卷也讓我驚艷,海膽的新鮮感與火焰的焦香完美結合,好夾。龍捲風、金龍卷同煙花都係必試的創意小食,口感層次豐富。黃尾鰤鮮甜美味。 continue reading
