上湯焗龍蝦,最出色的是它用了煎米粉底,米粉煎過會比較乾身 ,而米粉本身就很吸水,所以比一般伊麵底吸收了更多龍蝦味,就因為這米粉底,當晚就像吃了兩碗飯一樣!

一行幾人出發去紅館睇show, 決定係尖東食晚餐, 最后選了這間港潮樓.這店位處2/F, 一上樓梯便是店內.一進內見很多空間, 人不算太多.跟經理聊了幾句, 他推介了八寶冬瓜盅及秘製黑芝麻醬骨, 友人見到片皮鴨特價, 也叫了份, 外加了椒絲腐乳通菜及中式牛柳.第一道上枱是冬瓜盅, 份量及用料也很足, 侍應熱心幫我們分好幾碗方便我們進食. 跟著是中式牛柳及椒絲腐乳通菜, 牛柳味道一般, 腐乳通菜濃淡得宜. 然后是片皮鴨, 原隻上枱后經理再在我們面前片皮, 一整碟滿滿的. 再加上2大碟餅皮, 很吸引啊.最后上枱是秘製黑芝麻醬骨, 醬汁很美味, 骨比較大舊, 但很熱, 很入味. 整體很不錯, 就是牛柳略為遜色. 值得下次再來.

親戚朋友想搵間酒家食過年飯,朋友介紹了尖東有間港潮樓潮州酒家,因有兩圍枱咁多,所以包咗間房可以打牌及唱K, 大家玩到好開心。一隻香噴噴肉質厚的燒鵝,令人難以抗拒。果皮蒸班頭腩肉質鮮嫩 ,加上雲耳及果皮帶出魚的味道。將芋頭同魚肉整成,落油鑊炸成條狀, 可見廚師的用心的廚藝。我最欣賞這個豆腐魚肚蟹王羹,鮮蟹拆肉再加上魚肚,特別鮮甜。乾燒伊麵煮得太淋,口感較差。白菜仔燴草菇,非常健康,味道都不錯。想不到這間潮州酒家 ,大部分餸菜不錯。

初試港潮樓飲茶, 這店是某男藝人開的酒樓駐守這商廈已經有好一段時間, 價位唔算最貴但亦唔係至平嗰隻, 小點$19/中點$23/ 大點$27/ 特點$33, 茶$13/位, 酸菜$10(1-5位)

是日點心:鮮竹牛肉球(中) 牛肉球3球放在鮮竹上, 樣子對辦,味道沒有太過味精, 質地亦屬於有些少咬口, 

豬潤腸粉(大) 腸粉皮有水準半透明之餘帶點彈性,粉皮表面光滑無暇, 豬潤餡是現代做法 – 碎上! 點解要咁呀, 明明個皮好地地, 豬潤切碎後無論口感,味道同甘香都差好遠, 
明白成本有差異, 但又差幾遠呢?$27都唔得唔碎上咩? 心理好生疑問!

蜜汁义燒飽(小)飽皮同餡料都正常

潮汕蒸粉菓(小)塋凝剔透的粉菓皮, 包住嘅都是傳統一點的餡料-花生/唐芹/菜甫

鳳城臘腸卷(中)這臘腸卷的飽皮比义飽的來得綿密,明顯做出分別來, 臘腸不太肥膩亦甚有肉香!

椒鹽軟殼蟹$38兩隻, 炸蟹的色一般深, 蟹的香氣透過熱力傳遞到口腔內, 蟹味亦十足

荳苗鮮蝦餃, 荳苗充足, 蝦肉ok多嘅, 餃皮亦算標準

香煎窩貼餃子(3隻) 比較似廣式的餃皮, 豬肉餡都好多下,

喜歡吃多肉的餃子這個會很啱口胃吧

特色銀蘿脆腸粉(特) $33這是一種由用腸粉皮包住d炸咗的蘿蔔之類嘅野食落有點咸香味, 

春卷 係一個比較上似素菜嘅饀料(冬菇為主/雞絲為副), 所以甚有菇香反而雞肉就唔多覺, 即炸出來所以外皮一定夠脆,

地們菠蘿义燒酥(大) 頂層菠蘿皮薄且脆, 义燒餡滿滿的,好味但魔鬼的一品

蝦餃是一籠四粒, 正常尺碼, 味道亦是正路

飽汁鳳爪(小食) 飽汁係汁液嗰隻, 鳳爪係非油炸過的,

炆鳳爪效果沒有過頭

滑蛋蝦仁炒河 蝦仁份量算多, 獻汁調味唔太重味亦足夠整碟河粉用, 

金蒜蒸鮮魷(特) 呢個雖好食但作為特點有點貴

手打鯪魚球(中) 呢個都ok有鯪魚獨有的氣味及魚肉嘅甜味

生煎菜肉飽 餡料係肉多菜少那種, 肉多自然係有肉汁的鮮甜味啦
蜜汁义燒腸(大) 皮薄餡滿, 絕無投訴

竹笙上素釀瓜甫(大) 瓜甫內餡料豐富,

冰鮮雞就梗架啦, 但炸出黎肉唔老, 皮薄且脆, 最難得係唔油, 雞肉咬落仲幾滑, 竟然成盤食晒

素菜伊麵: 東菇, 草菇, 腐竹, 其實個麵本身無問題, 只係唔突出

魚湯飯: 呢個幾特別, 魚湯奶白色, 入口味較重, 但無腥味, 配小蝦粒, 帶子粒, 鹹菜, 芫茜

再加入爆米粒, 無論口感定係味道都好特別, 係一個必須要試既菜式

杏仁茶: 食完飯更係食甜品, 呢碗杏仁茶入口時好特別, 有d滑溜既野, 食清楚原來係蛋白

杏仁茶本身唔太甜, 有杏仁味又唔太重, 潤滑如牛奶, 我好欣賞


薑汁糕: 兩層鴛鴦, 薑味都幾重, 而且好綿好粘

綠豆糕: 加入綠豆同海帶做成糕點, 其實食落無乜味道

籌包: 正正常常既蓮蓉壽包, 但係食左好多野, 食左半個就停手

生果: 西瓜, 密瓜, 波蘿, 食左兩塊波蘿, 新鮮多汁

一席十二位用, 計埋我老豆要加料, 合共$6,850

今晚跟朋友到港潮樓吃晚餐,結果吃到一肚子氣。我們點了椒塩鮮魷和燒腩仔作前菜,再點了半隻燒鵝皇,一份一字骨,一份茄子(上面有肉的)。結果點完菜好一段時間,才有侍應告訴我們燒鵝巳經賣完了,我們只好改了片皮鴨二吃,鴨肉用來炒枝竹。過了一段時間,上菜了,但不是前菜喔。我們本來無所謂,就先吃這些主菜。過了好一段時間,終於上鴨了,但不是鴨片,而是鴨肉炒枝竹。無關係,食住等,但經理卻一句話都沒說,突然走過來收走了這份鴨肉,當我們還在議論紛紛的時候,又有侍應來告訴我們沒有片皮鴨了,因為還沒解凍完畢,就算現在立刻烤也要等十五分鐘,勸我們取消。好吧,那就取消吧。反正覺得眼前的食物巳足夠。但沒幾分鐘又來告訴我們正在烤鴨了。唉!我只好叫經理取消那兩道前菜。除了樓面和廚房嚴重缺乏溝通以外,因為樓底很低,才幾張枱,已經嘈吵得很;而且還有蒼蠅飛來飛去,這樣的環境,鐵定不會再光顧。

好多間茶樓都係環境嘈雜, 坐得迫, 又要等位等到頸都長的地方, 不過呢度就完全無以上三種問題聽聞間酒家係明星開的, 呢位明星做事都幾認真, 所以開嘅酒家都好有水準, 首先地方坐得舒服, 枱同枱之間有好多空間, 令人嘆起茶都比較舒服, 其次有四部電視比大家一邊嘆茶一邊睇新聞, 又因為空間較多, 所以唔覺嘈食物水準唔錯炸點可試椒鹽軟殼蟹, 濃濃的椒鹽味, 份量仲好多, 有兩隻幾, 只售$38個人認為係蝕本的脆皮bb鴿都好好味架另外四寶齋炆依麵都好食, 太座自己清哂成碟最大誘因去, 係搵位唔難, 可能唔多人知佢存在啦
