荀的味道毫無特別。

- 超級巨熊拉麵:湯底選了黑蒜油豬骨湯,味道濃,入口綿密,叉燒有一片厚身的火炙,再加幾片梅頭,肥瘦適中,不過感覺可以更入味,口感倒時還好,配上幾塊紫菜包著麵來吃,相當滿足,

整體不錯,叉燒有好幾片,麵條軟硬可以自選,而且份量不小,一定吃的飽,價錢倒是不過不失

有朋友食過上環嘅熊拉麵 推介俾我,呢日要去佐敦,搵下有咩食,見到原來佐敦都有熊拉麵,就決定嚟試下!呢度有幾款拉麵揀:招牌熊拉麵、白熊拉麵、赤熊拉麵、黑熊拉麵、魚介熊拉麵,因為未食過,就一於試下佢哋嘅招牌熊拉麵🐻🍜 揀咗瘦叉燒同埋中幼麵,麵質係我鍾意嘅,唔會好腍,有少少咬口,湯底都幾濃!幾鍾意呢度啲叉燒係一大長片咁,同埋幾鍾意佢嘅溏心蛋,無切開原隻上,咬落去特別滿足😋 而呢度係唔收加一嘅!有機會會再嚟試下另外幾款拉麵~

星期四夜晚去到佐敦諗唔到食咩好,想食啲濕濕地有湯嘅野,見到拉麵店門口都算冇乜人排隊,應該唔洗等好耐就揀左熊拉麵。叫左魚介熊拉麵($97),因為見佢係魚介豚骨湯,應該會鮮啲香濃啲,可以揀梅頭瘦叉燒、火炙肥叉燒或者角切叉燒粒。麵可以揀1.25mm幼麵或者1.5mm粗麵。個人喜歡梅頭瘦叉燒多啲,麵就食開粗麵,因為覺得冇咁易食到最後淋晒。半熟玉子好有醬油香味,流心嘅,對我黎講除左個湯底之外,蛋都係拉麵嘅主角。個湯香濃得黎唔會飲到好口渴,忍唔住食一啖麵飲一啖湯。除左個拉麵仲叫左2個小食,芝士魚肉條($36)炸到好香口,啲芝士都好多,一口咬落去必晒出黎。熊自家製餃子($48)有5隻,但味道就一般,個皮有啲太厚,個味比較清淡,價錢略貴。整體黎講依間拉麵中上水準,只係個冷氣唔太夠凍,食食下見到對面個男人大汗踏細汗,滴晒落碗麵度🫣
