今日中午飯就到了中港城平台功夫點心,兩個人叫了兩個排骨煲仔飯、鮑汁鳳爪和鳳凰煎糯米雞,份量剛剛好👍🏻!排骨煲仔飯都挺入味,典型中式茶樓的味道。至於鳳凰糯米雞真的不得不讚,外面非常之香脆,裡面又很足料,很飽肚!最後的鮑汁鳳爪味道都接受,感覺一般!✨ continue reading

位於中港城二樓平臺上,進門廊,登上長長的手扶梯,末端右轉即可見。大概因為室內的牆都粉成紅色,我站在門口時就覺得裡面紅彤彤的很喜慶,跟節日氣氛很契合。既然是點心鋪,我們點了常見的點心和湯、粉:功夫蝦餃皇兩個起售,皮韌滑,包著一個不小的脆脆的蝦仁,我覺得不錯濃湯杞子浸時蔬奶白色的湯裡浸著碧青的生菜葉,脆甜。原盅燉湯熟地味比較濃,正好同去的閨蜜喜歡。香麻混醬陳村粉這是唯一一道點錯的菜。粉又黏又澀,加上黏糊糊的芝麻醬更是雪上加霜,我們往上面澆了不少生抽攪拌後勉強入口。完全沒有陳村粉那種透亮輕盈爽滑的風味。整體而言,性價比較高,吃飽後有點後悔,沒有點她們主打的“功夫點心”,即“懷舊綿香馬拉糕”。 continue reading
