今日我去開深水埗~所以就隨便來吃个豆腐花同小小野~羅白糕同腸粉當食 lunch, and因為好少去深水埗~所以打算食左先再行去我去的目的地!去到好多人~但巷仔有个位~我不怕巷仔~所以就可以坐~要坐室內~排隊吧!好多小食呀!我叫了大熱豆腐花~好熱好滑~俾七分!羅白糕料足俾8.5分~腸粉真係一般~六或七分!叫做試一下~都几有香港local feel的店~可以打下 甘囉! continue reading

之前同朋友都想試吓呢一間位於喺深水埗嘅豆腐花,今日就約埋佢哋過嚟一齊食,仲喺附近一齊掃街,我哋就揀咗一個三拼,一份炸魚腐,咖喱豬皮同埋梗係唔少得豆腐花!豆腐花非常好食,充滿黃豆香味,而且好香滑,再加埋少少黃糖,成個豆腐花嘅味道更加突出,而且呢個價錢真係冇得輸,難怪咁多人都過嚟呢度食,而且價錢非常抵食,成間餐廳都差唔多滿咗,佢嘅三拼亦都熱辣辣,鍾意食嘅朋友可以一試,個人嚟講最鍾意食魚腐,出邊好少有地方可以食到呢一啲豆製嘅食品,而且佢嘅熱量唔高,所以都適合我哋女仔食🙈🙈 continue reading

放工去鴨寮街買完電話卡,想食小食就諗起想食豆腐,用Google map 搵下附近有無豆腐嘅餐廳,就搵到北河街呢間公和豆品廠 👏👏舖頭唔只賣豆品類,除左豆腐花~豆漿~釀豆腐~釀豆卜之外,仲有瑞士汁豬手~雞腳~雞翼,可以堂食或者外賣,超多人幫襯!我買左煎豆腐 18蚊5件 😍現場即煎 件件都熱辣辣 豆腐厚 豆味香上面薄薄一層釀魚肉 滿足°!買完先知原來可以雙拼,下次我要試埋釀豆卜!! continue reading

收工專登搭車黎深水埗,就係想食返佢嘅美食,好耐冇黎見到原來裝修過,佈置都好特別,去到唔使等位即刻入筆,座位都算乾淨,落完單之後上餐速度好快有得食,三拼荳腐荳扑魚腐好好味一定要叫,如果唔係叫咗腸粉本身諗住叫多一碟,豉油王炒麵正常味道,瑞士汁雞翼都OK可以一試,蘿蔔糕煎得夠香,見唔夠所以叫咗腸粉,凍豆漿好飲,食完有啲飽所以冇食到佢個薑汁雪糕,整體用餐感覺OK,職員有禮貌,價錢都算合理,如果經過附近就要再食多次。 continue reading

朋友話想去睇地道啲嘅地方,帶咗佢嚟深水埗,想坐底食吓小食,又唔想食咁飽,就諗起呢間公和豆品廠。細個同屋企人嚟深水埗都會去飲吓豆漿,食個釀豆腐,所以都想比外國朋友體驗吓。我哋嗌咗個三拼、兩杯豆漿同埋一個薑味豆腐雪糕。三拼有釀豆卜、釀豆腐同埋一個炸魚肉撈豆腐。我自己最鐘意食釀豆腐,豆腐無額外調味,一食就有好香濃嘅豆味,好正!炸魚肉豆腐都唔錯,會食到豆腐嘅軟嫩同埋綾魚肉嘅彈牙。我朋友就話炸豆卜最好食,佢係煎釀三寶豆卜嗰隻味,我覺得麻麻哋,因為鐘意食有索汁,軟淋淋嘅豆卜多啲。薑味豆腐雪糕我覺得都唔錯,比起一般雪糕紥實,唔容易溶,豆腐味都好出,係薑汁糖水味道唔算太濃。我哋食晒所有熱食先食佢嘅,可能都至少十五至二十分鐘,都唔會話溶咗好多食唔落。豆漿就有糖嘅話都偏甜嘅,不過豆漿唔落糖又會好寡,所以都無辦法。飲完會有啲口渴,不過出面天氣咁熱,真係要整返杯凍嘢抖吓氣先得。以後嚟都會去食豆腐,坐吓傾吓計都幾似去咗cafe啊~ continue reading
