首先,侍應同師傅係盡左力,有禮貌response。食物擺盤係同menu一樣。但係我地叫左兩個A4和牛餐,一個鹿兒島豬肉餐。每個餐得3樣嘢,一盤配菜,一碟肉(量多),一個飯或者烏冬。無飲品,得茶同水侍應會不斷fill。三個人埋單大概1600,即係每人超過$500。湯底據稱係昆布清湯,不過係無色無味無昆布,連一粒蔥都無。筷子一人一對膠筷子,無另外木筷子夾生肉。菜盤有四分一舊粟米,幾片海帶,一少束粉絲,一片紅蘿白,兩薄片唐揚,三分一束金菇,少少菜。分量好少。肉,話係A4和牛,可能我地唔識食,但真係食唔出。醬,一款係麻胡醬,姐係屋企雪櫃個款。同埋柚子鼓油加少少蘿白同蒽,完。500幾一個人真係唔值得。 continue reading

上次2019年12月曾到訪此店,當時覺得牛肉質素很好,點了個贊。2年多後再訪,裝潢、擺設依舊,可是味道退步了。廚師發板晚市仍包括蔬菜拼盤、白飯或稻庭烏冬、甜品,還有4款牛肉,份量足。上湯仍選用昆布及清水,味道清淡。銅鍋器皿特別,可能因為傳熱夠快。由於湯底比較清淡,所以才能嘗到牛內鮮味不夠。4款牛肉有牛肩肉、足外則肉、胸腹肉、裡zhijui肉。價錢雖然沒變, 但食材質量可能降底了。2人光顧,點餐如下:A4黑毛和牛套餐(晚市) x2Wagyu beef A4 standard set𨍭稻庭烏冬加一后,合共HK1,118。 continue reading

🍲Kuro Shabu🚇香港上环荷李活道108号聚贤居地下C铺港铁上环站A2出口步行15min; -这家店给我的感觉很私人化,很温馨,更像一个小会所。-一共四个套餐可以选择,分别是黑毛和牛A4 premium,黑毛和牛,黑豚肉和鸡肉。每份套餐都搭配蔬菜盘,饭或乌冬,昆布清汤锅底,还有一份饭后甜品。-我们点了前两份和牛餐,分别可以吃到肋肉眼,上肩胛肉,牛肩肉,里脊肉,足外侧肉,搭配的两款酱汁是他们家自制的柚子酸汁,芝麻酱,辣芝麻酱。-这家店的和牛采用的是日本鹿儿岛的黑毛和牛,是被誉为日本最好的和牛,而这家店更是拿到了其独家代理的黑毛和牛,黑豚肉以及黑萨摩鸡,可见其食材的高品质和用料的讲究独到。一人一锅的设计,干净卫生,吃得很有仪式感!-上菜时,店员会很贴心的一一介绍肉的部位,并告知开锅后和牛煮5秒左右。和牛的花纹很美,入口的感觉更像是吃雪糕一样丝滑,油脂分布均匀,肉质细嫩,在口中醇厚鲜美,我们在座的每个人在吃到第一口和牛后都纷纷满足得点头。-之后我们又追加了黑豚猪,这个猪肉要涮20秒左右,黑毛猪的口感不是丝滑的是扎实劲道,甚至江湖上流传一句话:“千万别吃鹿儿岛的黑毛猪,因为你吃完后会觉得其他猪肉都不好吃了。”😆-蔬菜拼盘的种类很多,最绝的是玉米,这个玉米可以生吃,清甜多汁,即使下锅也不要煮太久,一分钟即可,玉米粒好爽脆,每一粒都很饱满多汁。下完和牛和蔬菜的锅底变得鲜美,这时候再煮一碗稻庭乌龙面,精髓都汇集于这碗面里了!-最后,来份精美的日式甜品,啊!是一顿完美的晚餐了~ continue reading

這個價格吃這些,我真的是醉了週日閒來找吃,千挑萬選,選了這個在上環的shabu店竟然是一大個伏之選! 肉和菜的價格貴,和質量完全不成正比進店沒什麼服務、shabu 不用什麼烹調快五佰,就吃些金針菇、豆卜、白菜、玉米和一片紅蘿蔔!湯是如水一般、所有東西加起來也是完全沒什麼味道!雞蛋都沒有,茶也懶得為你添,因為店內沒人,服務員忙著看手機!醬油是酸的、麻將是辣的 ,完全搞不明白我在吃什麼!結帳時服務員問「味道不合適?」我其實想說,有味道嗎?這個是近期吃過最伏的!我想我以後不會再來!也浪費了我期待的一週一探店的習慣! continue reading
