炒得好乾身,同場午間有任食點心的炒米粉同樣乾身,貪心一點,蝦籽可以重手一點帶出香味更好,蟹肉給伊麵蓋過,其實份量不少。

桑寄生茶黑芝麻湯圓配蛋黃白蓮蓉月餅


甜品相當應節,桑寄生茶甜度輕盈,湯圓有兩粒,合理,因為見過有餐廳只放一粒大大粒,似乎失去了意義。

友人聚餐,訂枱時服務員提醒於網上先訂購可享85折優惠。兩個半小時進食時限非常足夠,每位奉送西洋菜湯、蠔皇鮑魚酥及花膠扒。酥皮做得很好。花膠配菜苗味道不錯。西洋菜湯一般般吧。前菜餐牌上有的差不多全部叫哂,椒鹽野菌、胡麻茄子,肉鬆豆腐配上陳醋都不錯👍🏻。但叉燒及燒腩就有點失望了。另外,蝦餃、燒賣、XO醬蘿蔔糕、芋角也推介。要留肚吃甜點,喜歡紅棗糕軟滑又不會太甜、芝麻卷及脆麻花可以一試。紅糖薑水湯圓、蛋白杏仁茶、楊枝甘露、桑寄生茶也不錯。

前菜餐牌上有的差不多全部叫哂,椒鹽野菌、胡麻茄子,肉鬆豆腐配上陳醋都不錯👍🏻。但叉燒及燒腩就有點失望了。
另外,蝦餃、燒賣、XO醬蘿蔔糕、芋角也推介。

要留肚吃甜點,喜歡紅棗糕軟滑又不會太甜、芝麻卷及脆麻花可以一試。紅糖薑水湯圓、蛋白杏仁茶、楊枝甘露、桑寄生茶也不錯。

今年國慶去咗港島海逸度食飯睇煙花我哋點了煙花中式套餐紅燒雞絲翅 個翅都十分足料,而且不會太鹹芝士葡汁焗釀蟹蓋蟹肉不算很多,但係葡汁十分香濃翡翠百花釀帶子帶子內釀咗蝦膠,煎香後一齊食兩種鮮味衝擊口腔,好食!蔥花油鹽煎花尾斑球斑球魚肉味很香,但略嫌肉質鬆散鮮蟹肉扒菜苗蟹肉滿滿,連同菜苗同吃鮮味十足蠔皇原隻八頭鮑扣花菇十分穩陣的一道菜式,蠔油芡汁令八頭鮑魚很香,鮑魚彈牙,花菇嫩滑滿足香菇氣玉蘭鵝肝雞絲炒香味一粒粒的菜心粒和鵝肝粒令成個飯很香很爽,炒飯一點也不油,令人一口接一口蛋白杏仁茶杏仁味香濃細緻 ,而且有一粒一粒蛋白在內,滑得黎有咬口,yummy最後仲有生果盤 食完再上去睇煙花💜不過煙花就唔係幾睇得晒,但都算感受氣氛的一個不錯地方

當你走入餐廳,迎接你的是一番古色古香的中式格調,有五米以上的樓高,點型中餐廳風格,每張桌子上都擺放一個小枱💐,銅器枱花是新鮮蝴蝶花,還有淡淡清香味。經朋友介紹一定要試吓君綽軒的叉燒肥瘦,軟糯可口。味道棒極了,還有一個白切雞相當唔錯皮或肉嫩很有雞肉味很新鮮。當然晚上最少不了就是我愛食的薑蔥魚頭煲,魚骨炸得很香脆每口魚肉充滿蔥薑的香味。太好食了再來一個芥末大蝦球也是食貨最愛的香脆可口肉質爽脆,淡淡的芥辣味,美味😋最後來一個清腸胃的白灼菜心仔,菜心細細條好嫰。兩個女仔食晒咁多餸,一啲都唔會嘥😋😍😍超級好味。下次再嚟試第啲餸。

闺蜜回来还是照旧安排住在炮台山君绰酒店 ,这里有她喜欢吃的美食 ,第一天晚上我们吃了自助餐,太久没见了只顾着吃和聊了,没有拍照,在她离开香港最后一晚一定要来中餐厅君绰轩吃一餐,餐厅经理了解到闺蜜想吃粵菜后,就介绍了新菜式避風塘廣島的蠔肉很肥美,濃汤石窩海皇豆腐汤鲜豆腐爽滑。西兰花炒斑球的鱼肉也很新鲜,山楂話梅豬手是酸酸甜甜的很是开胃,最主要是喜欢这里服务。很贴心,四五年了依然记得我喜欢喝菊花🌼茶,闺蜜喜欢喝的是香片我喜欢💕辣椒油。
