近期先後去咗幾間新酒店分別試咗入面幾間餐廳完全唔明點解五星級酒店啲服務水平可以差到咁有時都喺度諗係咪自己要求高今時今日嘅餐飲水平係咪完全冇辦法可以做到講緊消費人均去到500或以上高檔餐廳 我諗對佢嘅服務水平有些少expectation都唔太過份啫終於今日係呢度畀我體驗高質素嘅服務今日帶同小朋友嚟諗住試下佢嘅鐵板燒來之前都特登打電話嚟問過因為好多高檔餐廳未必畀帶小朋友香港好多fine dining 只接受八歲以上嘅小朋友即使係中午飲茶嘅中菜廳某城中酒店中菜廳都講到明唔可以坐大廳 若果有八歲以下小朋友一定要坐私人包廂所以都好surprise佢竟然有得俾小朋友唔知係咪午市嘅關係相對比較relax d所以鐵板燒 佢安排咗我哋坐旁邊亦都喺我哋一個望得到嘅位置煮可能驚啲油煙 會攻親小朋友我哋嗌咗嗰玉子壽司畀小朋友小朋友啲口味都係奇怪淨係想食嗰條小小既紫菜😅飯同埋玉子就完全唔肯食結果又係阿媽包底其實都幾好食吖侍應見到小朋友鍾意食紫菜都特登攞咗兩塊紫菜出嚟請佢食我同先生各自嗌咗一個鐵板燒餐其中一個前菜係蒸蛋侍應都額外攞多個畀冇order任何嘢嘅小朋友直至到我哋最後食雪糕亦都請佢食咗個藍莓雪糕所以我覺得

今日帶同小朋友嚟
諗住試下佢嘅鐵板燒

來之前都特登打電話嚟問過
因為好多高檔餐廳未必畀帶小朋友
香港好多fine dining
只接受八歲以上嘅小朋友
即使係中午飲茶嘅中菜廳
某城中酒店中菜廳都講到明
唔可以坐大廳
若果有八歲以下小朋友
一定要坐私人包廂

所以都好surprise
佢竟然有得俾小朋友
唔知係咪午市嘅關係
相對比較relax d
所以鐵板燒
佢安排咗我哋坐旁邊
亦都喺我哋一個望得到嘅位置煮
可能驚啲油煙 會攻親小朋友

我哋嗌咗嗰玉子壽司畀小朋友
小朋友啲口味都係奇怪
淨係想食嗰條小小既紫菜😅
飯同埋玉子就完全唔肯食
結果又係阿媽包底
其實都幾好食吖
侍應見到小朋友鍾意食紫菜
都特登攞咗兩塊紫菜出嚟請佢食

我同先生各自嗌咗一個鐵板燒餐
其中一個前菜係蒸蛋
侍應都額外攞多個畀
冇order任何嘢嘅小朋友
直至到我哋最後食雪糕
亦都請佢食咗個藍莓雪糕
所以我覺得呢度非常之kids friendly

而佢哋亦都會主動加水加茶
仲要係驚已經凍咗
耐唔耐就會自動換個杯畀你
呢啲可能你會覺得係好基本嘢
我都覺得係呀 但係今時今日
係好多酒店都做唔到

偶然有少少食物殘渣跌咗喺枱
呢度嘅侍應係會迅速幫你清理
尋日喺st regis下午茶
枱上面同樣有食物殘渣
係食完成個tea都冇人清理
所以我覺得呢度嘅侍應服務仲好過酒店

講返大家最期待食嗰part
聽聞呢度嘅壽司都非常出名
所以除咗個鐵板燒餐耐都
叫多兩幾件試下 果然掂
睇嚟下次可以轉誠嚟食壽司

至於鐵板燒果然名不虛傳
最印象深刻係佢個蝦
同啲蝦膏炒埋一齊
令人回味至今
其實佢其他海鮮
都處理得好出色
話佢係香港數一數二嘅鐵板燒
也為過


而且佢嘅調味非常到位
唔會覺得過咸又或者
食完返嚟覺得好口渴
就連平時鐵板燒會較鹹
嘅蒜片佢都係香得嚟又唔會過咸
令我都夠膽畀小朋友食咗少少

其實留意咗呢間嘢好耐
三年前喺佢對面食串燒
見到佢個門口咁靚
已經話要搵日嚟試
講咗三年今日連小朋友
都有埋終於嚟到

總覺得一間食肆
若果背後冇大財團撐腰
業主有良心少少唔瘋狂加租的話
能夠係一條街立足到三年或以上
而唔使執笠 就知道嗰間嘢唔係流嘅

介紹番啲食物先,每碟都係有獨立嘅碟擺得好靚。

I tried many well known teppanyaki restaurants at different 5 star hotels in Hong Kong. They were all overrated and a great disappointment. But Kyoku is really doing their very best to serve real Japanese teppanyaki cuisine. Everything is super fresh and the chefs are cooking with heart. Even better than the restaurants I had in Ginza, Tokyo. The quality has not changed one bit since my first encounter 3 years ago. Worth every penny!!! Very rare!!! Well done! Keep it up!!! Thanks

I tried many well known teppanyaki restaurants at different 5 star hotels in Hong Kong. They were all overrated and a great disappointment. This does seem to be an interesting restaurant the fact that they market themselves as specialists for both Teppanyaki and Sushi, which is quite rare as they are quite different things. Understandable if they are a Teppanyaki restaurant but offers a bit of sashimi as side/appetizer, but when they have a full menu for both it's rather interesting. As we sat on the teppanyaki size so we thought it would be easier for us to order a 15 pieces sushi set menu, the sushi came in fives. Nobody bothered to explain what each of the sushi were, nor did they explain the order it should be eaten. I find this quite horrendous for a restaurant charging over 1000 per head. May I know what I'm eating please? One has to ask like that.

Yes we've all eaten sushi before and I know this is not omakase but some explanation would be very nice! 

Now enough about sushi, the taste was at best mediocre and there's no value in the so called tasting menu. The Teppanyaki was better than the Sushi, but was not very special either.

Nothing much can really be said about the teppanyaki, it's just quite standard. No fancy menu, not secret ingredient, it's just plain teppanyaki. So not only do I no understand why this restaurant has a Michelin star with it, I also don't get why Sushi and Teppanyaki should be served together in one place. It was certainly a mistake to order Sushi here in my point of view.

餐廳門口好隱蔽,希雲街行到街尾凹入位置,一入餐廳,感覺到了日本的餐廳,服務員好友善地安排座位,鐵板燒永遠都可以近距離見到師傅,師傅都好有笑容,餐牌好簡單直接揀二人餐,鮑魚仍然在跳舞,雖然有點殘忍但真係好新鮮,師傅好細心,佢留意到隔離枱好享受傾計,師傅刻意拖慢上菜,而我哋好吃明顯係為咗食,師父每一碟菜都提點我哋先食原味,果然師父調配得啱啱好,cod fish 魚皮好脆,龍蝦肉好爽口,鮑魚好鮮味,不得不提係龍蝦湯,一定要留肚飲同埋食炒飯,炒飯用的牛肉唔係普通嘅頭頭尾尾,我老公對杯咖啡讚不絕口,唯一有待改善係雪糕,如果雪糕夠滑就更完美,每碟賣相都非常悅目,真係食得又睇

,非常鮮甜,反而蜜瓜不太甜可能不是當造吧
,太可惜了。

服務:服務員都很Nice,會和你交流,也會推薦一些食物給你,提出的要求他也會盡量達到。


總結:值得一試的日本料理👍🏻只是價格有點貴

朋友約去食鉄板燒,友人話試過這間好正,午餐抵食,晚餐就較高級。 旭 在街的盡頭,較難搵。裡面裝修高尚寛躺,服務員很有禮貌帶我哋去鉄板燒的房間。這房有一張鉄板燒枱,座椅圍着枱,可坐12人,如果有function,可包起間房。各自點咗鉄板燒套餐,主要有海鮮,牛肉 薄燒及厚燒。我哋點咗四個餐,大家一起share。有日式沙律,主菜有銀雪魚,蝦,鮑魚都燒得正好,肉質好嫩,蝦頭也燒得香口,牛肉要咗薄燒,delicious,跟著炒飯加太陽蛋,好味到食晒一大碗,最後有不同味道的雪糕甜品,正!

You will get confused sometimes when there are many choices in causeway bay. Heard that there is a hidden place for Japanesein Haven Street, when you give a call and make reservation for lunch, you have to decide the options between sushi or teppanyaki. Both areas are almost full when we sat down at 1 pm on Sunday. A wooden interior decoration with spacious seating make people feel at ease. 
Teppanyaki lunch set must have 1) abalone, 2) lobster, 3) salad. Salad has a honey comb like vegetable which is so refreshing. 

Service is good and the seafood is perfectly cooked and delicious.

The service here was extremely slow. The food was ordered as a set for each individual and some ordered sushi and some cooked sets. at one point all the sushi sets food had come out and there was a half hour wait before the next course of the cooked sets. We came to have a meal together, not just watch each other eat - and considering how expensive the food is I would expect at least good service.The food was above average, but definitely not worth the ridiculous price tag, and some of the sushi

The food was above average, but definitely not worth the ridiculous price tag, and some of the sushi tasted a bit fishy.

‘旭’ 由開店食到呢家,由以前來無乜人到呢家經常滿座,從來無令我失望。開係希雲街既最尾,真正旺中帶靜,由於店子size頗大,所以坐得非常舒適。呢到既set menu 更加係無加一服務費,香港非常小有。壽司每一件都係用上非常新鮮既貨,唔新鮮都唔會用。師傅更加懂得每款魚唔同既肉質切割方式等等,用唔同既刀工來迎合返每款魚達至最佳口感。例如おとろ吞拿魚腩,雖知道魚本身都係有啲根,師傅就用薄片再橫紋切斷根,為保不失厚度感,就用上三塊重疊一齊,入口即溶既感覺。多謝Mike師傅🙏🏻 其實呢到既鐵板燒都非常了得,有機會的話會同大家介紹過🙌🏼
