位於啟德Airside ,唔知你食過未,但係我就幾鍾意。將牛肉用吉列包住,外脆內嫩。炸到個皮脆脆地,佢應該講過係用180度嘅油溫炸30秒。❤️但係如果你覺得太過生,你可以叫佢俾個煎pan你自己再煎,煎15秒已經可以冇咁生。This is a delicious Japanese dishes, cutlet steak, they told us that they deep fried the cutlet steak for 30 seconds with the oil of 180C, the steak is still raw, will not over cooked, but if you like it more cook, you can request a pan and you can cook yourself!

因為做咗餐廳集團會員有優惠就去試試,不過食完未有覺驚喜。平日夜晚顧客也算多,員工數量也足夠應付,員工的服務態度很好,有好多主動位都做到好足,例如添飯量或加沙律菜,都會自動見到就走嚟問仲要唔要加不過食物嘅味道真要改善,炸物個炸皮好厚,又乾,炸到無肉汁,個碗飯都知道係預備好耐,溫度微溫,反而後加添飯就熱辣辣好新鮮。係airside入面都可以一試

慕名而來,失望而回。重點:牛肉唔靚,唔會再食。因為呢間野最出名係吉列牛,我叫左經典元祖牛御膳,吉列個炸皮炸得唔錯,脆,易咬,肉軟,但係!!但係!!個吉列牛完全無牛既香味甜味油脂味,甚至唔好話牛味,直程咩味都無。唔話我知係牛我都唔知我係咪真係食緊牛肉,我只能夠食出佢係肉,飯反而幾靚,麵鼓湯都唔錯,係有少少鹹,沙律配芝麻醬都好食,個個店員服務都好好…就係間舖主打既牛唔得囉,牛肉本身唔靚,唔係好值呢個價位。呢間野中伏一次都嫌多。
