中環有名阿根廷菜餐廳 La Parrilla Steakhouse開到去北角,餐廳主打熟成牛扒,方便港島東出沒既我有自家熟成櫃,每款牛扒至少熟成7-14日,牛肉特別軟嫩同重肉味 店員送上餐包,外脆內軟 Bone Marrow 
牛骨髓烤過後,加上海鹽黑椒,用湯匙刮骨髓,配上香脆法包,入口充滿油香濃郁

阿根廷扒房一定要試下牛扒,唔同部位都有6款選擇,牛扒熟成一個月。而我order肉眼扒5成,熟成牛扒比一般牛排味道香濃,牛扒外皮微燶香口,內裏軟嫩有肉汁。旁邊阿根廷蕃茜醬 chimichurri sauce 配牛扒好好味

朋友👩🏻‍🌾帶咗我嚟呢間喺北角嘅阿根廷🇦🇷餐廳,佢話記得我去過阿根廷🇦🇷所以應該對阿根廷菜熟悉,不過我話俾朋友👩🏻‍🌾聽我其實一啲都唔熟悉🤣我只係知少少🤣:阿根廷菜🇦🇷受多種文化/菜式 影響,當然包括阿根廷🇦🇷土著人民(Indigenous People in Argentina),同埋 16世紀 西班牙人喺殖民時期 Spanish Colonization 帶嚟嘅地中海飲食文化,以至後來喺 19/20 世紀 由意大利🇮🇹同 西班牙🇪🇸 大量移民帶到阿根廷🇦🇷嘅影響,咁可以想像幾咁包羅萬有呢🤩;阿根廷人🇦🇷食好多牛肉,但係有啲地區例如 Patagonia 就食羊多過食牛😋;阿根廷人🇦🇷以鍾意食嘢而聞名,社交聚會通常以聚餐分享食物為中心🤩$128「凱撒沙律 Caesar Salad」:「凱撒沙律🥗」真係國際性食物🤣;呢度嘅羅馬沙律菜新鮮爽脆,撈埋「自家製凱撒沙律汁」,簡單好食😋$138「檸汁醃蝦 Wild Prawn Ceviche」:Ceviche 一般認為係發源於秘魯🇵🇪,之後就傳到好多中南美洲國家都有兼且非常流行,包括阿根廷🇦🇷,亦有好多變化、版本,通常係用魚生加檸檬汁、辣椒汁、白醋等 稍為醃製而成,呢日就用咗Wild Prawns,Wild Prawn 仲輕輕灼過,整體味道酸酸哋,食落清新又開胃😋;材料包括 Marinated Prawns, Guajille and Citrus Sauce, Onion 🤣$248「風門牛柳 Hanger Steak 250g」:餐廳提供《阿根延一個月熟成草飼牛肉》😋;我叫咗 well done,因為阿根廷人🇦🇷食牛扒🥩通常都喜歡食 well done,咁我喺阿根廷🇦🇷餐廳就梗係跟番阿根廷人🇦🇷嘅食用方法啦🤣,「封門牛柳🥩」肉質偏瘦、好好牛味、熟晒之餘有啲啲咬頭但絕對唔韌,呢個 well done 「風門牛柳」真係 well done 👍🤣$208「香煎比目魚 Catch of the Day」:餐牌寫住《Daily Fresh Fish with Rustic Ratatouille & Crispy Basil Leaves》,比目魚 Halibut 新鮮、肉質鮮甜細滑 😋 continue reading

最近到訪LA PARRILLA STEAKHOUSE 北角﹐感覺真係一次難忘的用餐體驗。進門先被店舖的裝潢所吸引﹐簡約高雅﹐讓人感到放鬆自在。首先試了是日的餐湯﹐原來係正宗的南瓜湯。湯底濃郁香溜﹐底子很實在。湯中加入許多碎南瓜粒﹐清甜爽口。灑上些微橄欖油及芝麻﹐令湯汁更加醇厚。實在好滋味﹐一不小心就喝了個精光。牛肉餡餃子外皮香脆可口﹐咬下去餡料鮮嫩多。加上一點蕃茄粒和酸汁﹐ 帶點微微的酸甜,增添了餃子的層次感﹐真是回味無窮。重頭戲當然是主菜—肉眼扒!這個份量真的很足夠﹐250克的牛扒厚度剛剛好﹐煙燻香氣撲鼻而來。我點了medium的火候﹐入口即化的感覺實在太美妙了﹐肉質鮮嫩多汁﹐一點也不乾澀。佐以兩款自家製醬料﹐一款是香濃的芥末醬﹐另一款則是清新的青草醬﹐為牛扒增添了更豐富的風味。白象雞肉拌意式闊麵同樣美味。麵質Q彈﹐吸附醬汁的能力極強。雞肉塊肉質鮮嫩﹐入口即化﹐與可以自行決定是否加上的芝士碎完美融合。最後來碗熱騰騰的麵包布丁作為甜品﹐濃濃的奶香﹐配上微微焦香的表層﹐實在太太太好吃了!雪糕有雲呢拿及咖啡味,都相當清香。在享受美食的同時﹐生日現場還有一位樂手在彈結他自彈自唱。氣氛真的好到不行﹐不禁跟著哼唱起來。環境優雅﹐服務周到﹐每一道菜式都非常出色! continue reading

北角竟然開咗間好decent好正宗嘅阿根廷扒房😮門口雪櫃放滿不同部位生牛排好震撼,感覺好似同北角呢個地方好違和咁🤣所以睇住佢裝修到開業一直都想試吓龍與鳳😏餐廳係中環嘅總店本身都好有人氣架。用餐區面積闊落,紅磚牆俾人一種去咗歐美餐館嘅感覺。呢度重點之一固然係阿根廷草飼牛,但另一重點係每晚現場演奏音樂!駐場樂手超勁,彈彈下手風琴🪗突然唱起意大利歌劇,技驚四座👏🏻👏🏻連月亮代表我的心都唱到opera咁,成晚氣氛好開心🥰呢度晚市套餐只係$288,咁嘅價錢有咁嘅享受,痴線地超值,大推。樂手話佢晚晚都係餐廳架,大家去睇下係咪真🤪頭盤🦐阿根廷檸汁醃蝦Ceviche係南美地區好受歡迎的菜式,透過長時間醃漬,用檸檬嘅酸去「煮熟」海鮮。裡面有唔少蝦,好彈牙,配合櫻桃蘿蔔、青瓜等,酸酸咪咪好開胃😛🥟阿根廷牛肉餡餃餃子都唔錯,裡面有牛肉同雜菜,外皮好薄好脆,可以配惹味嘅莎莎醬食😙主菜🥩平鐵牛排牛排上菜時會先以鐵板奉上,吱吱聲令人食指大動。餐廳主打flat iron,medium rare肉質好軟嫰,肉味特別濃,質素唔錯😋🥩肉眼排Flat iron肉味濃啲好食啲,不過rib eye都唔錯,份量夠大,食落好juicy💦🍟無限量供應香蒜炸薯條未上牛排先奉上幾桶大大桶薯條,唔係特別脆,但薯味同蒜味幾香,忍唔住會係咁食🤪🥦西蘭花及青豆、蒜煎人均消費:$370推介指數(10分為滿分):8.5分 continue reading

之前睇咗北角人社交媒體網站知道呢度開咗間新餐廳,講到中環都要諗好好食,帶着好大的期望嚟到。門面見到擺肉嘅櫥窗雪櫃都靚靚哋,諗住都算幾OK啦,有中環咁嘅質素喎。門口個外籍部長/經理著哂full suit 咁,餐廳入邊嘅食客全部都係街坊裝,都幾大對比服務慢、食物嚟得慢,服務員全部用東南亞人士,預咁會慢,唔會係香港人節奏。Lunch /dinner set menu 係同一款,只係晚餐就加$30。叫咗sirloin 同rump 各一份,sirloin 好柴,rump見到好多血水滲出嚟就知未解凍就烤。兩樣都唔合格,雖然薯條係freeflow 任加,不過都係一般般啦,未去到好食到想加。呢個真係食個環境氣氛囉,之前係百佳鋪,由超市改頭換面變做餐廳,裝修方面有落過功夫,有付出努力過。帶住好大期望嚟到,結果帶住好大失望地離開。冇咩特別大改進嘅話,都唔會有下一次 continue reading
