黑松露鮮蝦忌廉意粉($70)一上枱已經聞到好香,賣相亦很好。試試味道如何?忌廉汁濃度剛剛好,唔太稀唔太杰,每條意粉都掛到啲汁,味道夠哂creamy。意粉又煮得好啱我口味(微微偏硬那種口感)。蝦肉彈牙,加上大量雜菇同三色椒,好味。美國牛肉芝士漢堡配黑松露薯條($70)服務員細心問要唔要廚房一開二,當然好啦,方便食嘛。Burger 就比較普通,味道是可以的,但沒太特別。反而薯條值得一讚,大大份,即炸之餘,條條都外脆內粉,仲有嗰個疑似撈咗黑松露粉嘅他他醬,點薯條又幾夾喎。另外要咗份 Tapas Set($138),包三款$48嘅小食,但可以加$15/$28升級。炸魷魚配西班牙蒜蓉醬(+$15)即炸,脆口,脆粉有醃過未,但稍稍油咗啲。魷魚正常,彈牙。蒜蓉醬味道不錯。西班牙紅酒蕃茄肉丸(+$15)肉丸有肉味,蕃茄醬勁香濃,混合咗少量青椒、紅椒、香草,層次好豐富,值得一試。(但小心入面有一粒甜辣椒,都幾辣)芝士煎蟹餅(+$28)應該係即叫即焗(大約需時廿分鐘以上),上枱時鐵兜超熱。賣相滿分。焗蛋入面有蟹肉絲、薯仔粒、菇,味道比預期中淡,食唔出芝士味,反而洒係面嘅木魚啲味仲出,感覺比較普通。

經常出尖沙咀都有留意到呢間餐廳,但未曾有機會光顧,今年聖誕走咗轉荃灣,抱住一試無妨嘅心態訂咗枱兼付訂金,點知就係惡夢嘅開始…😓當日一行3人order咗佢哋特定嘅Christmas set menu,另外再加咗幾款聖誕版單點菜式,整體上係咩種類嘅食材都有…🍵 首先個黑松露蘑菇湯,係好多菇好足料,但”稀了了”完全唔係西湯應有嘅濃郁口感…🍟 小食炸薯條炸過龍搞到乾晒,條條都硬框框…🥓 前菜係火腿凍肉拼盤,立立雜雜咩都有幾片,但全部都係超市包裝食物拎出嚟咁嘅質素,再加塊好似搭枱咁嘅麵包又乾又硬…🐔 隻燒春雞除咗脾位比較嫩之外,中間雞胸部份係鞋到咬唔到…🥘 招牌西班牙海鮮飯超級酸,啲飯杰到一餅嘢咁,難食到每人食咗一啖之後頂唔順成盤放棄…🦞 波士頓龍蝦配慢煮牛柳,兩樣都Overcook,啲蝦肉黐實晒個殼,搞咗好耐終於起到肉,但咬落好鞋,旁邊放咗隻蝦箝但完全冇開,係咪當伴碟唔諗住俾人食?🥩 舊牛柳終極差,我未食過慢煮可以做到呢種韌度,我咬咗成分鐘都咬唔爛,直接放棄,立即吐出!🍰 聖誕樹頭蛋糕好難食,膠味朱古力,macaron係糖尿級數嘅甜…😩🤢🤮最後我哋同職員反映食物質素實在太差,冇一樣嘢係合格,人生未試過如此浪費食物,但真係太難食,就算肚餓都食唔落口🤮 最後餐廳為表歉意free咗個甜品:抹茶麻薯窩夫,估唔到呢個甜品係全餐飯最高質、最好食嘅item,俾我哋極速清晒😳 估唔到係一間西班牙餐廳用膳,成餐飯最好食嘅係呢款日式甜品…! 😨當日係聖誕節,但都唔爆場,整體上你隨時Walk in都有位,會唔會係呢間野喺荃灣街坊心目中早被Blacklist,係我哋啲港島區嘅鄉里出城先中伏?我都有嘗試幫佢諗啲原因,會否平時打骰嘅大廚聖誕要放假,交俾啲下屬處理所以搞到咁?Anyway,好地地食個聖誕大餐得到如此失望嘅結局…唯一要讚嘅係職員都好helpful,我知食物質素差其實唔關樓面事,但冇辦法佢哋要直接面對客人嘅投訴但同時愛莫能助,成餐飯得到咁差嘅體驗,罪魁禍首應該歸咎廚房同入貨嘅食材🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻餐飯三個人食咗千幾蚊,簡直同倒錢落海冇分別💸

La Postre地址: 荃灣大壩街4-30號荃灣廣場B1樓B109-B110號舖朋友發板試新野,揀左間氣氛唔錯既餐廳, @la_postre 都裝修到好有歐陸風情,非常有氣氛同情調。芝士煎蟹餅 🦀 $168黎到熱辣出爐蟹餅加上超多木魚絲,賣相一流。開頭我以為係用薯餅整,點知切開先知,原來係好似蠔仔焗蛋砵咁㗎。雖然中間個心有芝士拉絲🧀,而且都幾重芝士味,但個人認為味道一般,驚喜不大。西班牙海鮮飯 🥘 $298食西班牙菜點可以唔食海鮮炒飯呢。海鮮飯賣相一流,色澤紅潤,而且有青口、蜆、蝦及臘腸,所以都算幾用足料。本來仲好擔心啲飯會煮到好硬,點知個飯夠濕,一啲都唔乾,而且辣辣地幾惹味添,整體味道都幾好食。#nicefoodie尖沙咀
