呢間同top blade 有啲似,但當然比top blade貴,而且亦無選擇,嚟到一定係食牛扒。因為老公唔食牛,就約咁朋友嚟試吓。同樣地有任食薯條,而牛扒都算大塊,熟度都控制得幾好,不過始終用咗蠟燭keep住溫度,食到後段就會愈嚟愈熟,應該要一早攞落嚟,食既時候至放上去整一整熱會好啲。薯條熱辣辣不停出,所以唔怕會食到凍既薯條,超正👍🏻甜品都算貴就無叫,加上呢度又唔係出名甜品,寧願出去再搵地方食好過。

All of the above are of excellent quality. Our steak (ribeye) was very lean but surprisingly tender and cooked to perfection. It’s served with two lovely sauces and a veritable mountain of frites that just keep coming. The staff was also very friendly and professional. There’s not really all that much to say other than it’s a great dining experience in a fun atmosphere, and the value is there. Highly recommended and I would return.

One thing I might say is that the fries were a bit heavy on the salt for my liking. They were still delicious, but next time I might ask for a bit less. Another thing I might note is that the steak comes out on a hot plate with a candle underneath. This is great for the presentation and for keeping the steak warm, but if you unscrupulously leave your steak directly over the flame, you can expect it to be a bit more cooked than you ordered by the end of the meal—just something to note.

Finally worth mentioning is that they have recently started taking reservations. I remember for years walking by en route to other places in soho on numerous evenings and seeing the impressive queue but I never mustered up the patience to give them a try. I would definitely recommend making a reservation.

當然係為保溫,但同樣會慢慢煎熟咗塊肉
牛扒肉質不錯 但偏薄身 量亦不多 大約8-10小塊

牛扒到嘅時候員工會夾幾塊到你碟再加一大炸嘅薯條🍟

咁你就可以慢慢用餐


薯條幼身 都幾脆 全部都感覺到係keep住炸
然後牛扒碟會有2個醬都係可以點薯條
除咗有茄汁 仲有黑松露芝士醬(好正🙌🏻)

唔洗怕唔知點refill薯條 因為啲員工時不時都會拎啲薯條出嚟問仲要唔要 之後就直接補俾你

尋日,經過呢度打算食下野,第二次去呢間。其實係覺得佢嘅薯條好味(不過薯條都係冇金鐘間分行好食) 。因為waiter都多外國人習慣左用英文order,其中一個唔知係菲律賓人定係咩國家嘅waiter唔知有咩問題係度係咁刷存在感,order 完之後問我 anything else? 我答 no thanks (因為兩個女仔都唔好酒,打算一晚一杯嘅quota留返其他bar) 跟著個 waiter 用粵語問我 冇啦~ 我諗諗下 講左 ginger ale (我都好想知 ginger ale) 中文係咩之後埋單, 又係個waiter。 我講 may I have the bill ? 佢係咁答 what ? 我再講 may I have the check ? ! 佢仲問 what? 我大聲講 check please! 佢先大大聲 講 埋單! 自問英文冇咩問題,去咩國家都係咁講。外國waiter 想practise英文 唔該出去 飲多幾杯 搵其他女 慢慢practise! 冇心機同中年外籍大叔玩,唔好係你個客度刷存在感,I just wanna have the meal with my fr
