平時由紅磡站行去尖東必經一條天橋,行天橋嘅時候總會見到右手面有間賣魚蛋嘅「林昌記」。原味、香辣、咖哩魚蛋都係$10/7粒,$20/16粒。小妹我最鐘意食原味白魚蛋,「林昌記」係即叫即炸架!睇住佢炸完瀝乾水,保證新鮮!😏唔洗驚食到隔夜魚蛋😂。食落脆口又乾身,入口富彈性,魚香十足,咬落去絕對唔係坊間個d魚肉粉糊,只靠調味惡補、無誠意嘅魚蛋,最重要嘅係佢地自家製嘅辣椒醬、辣椒油超正,唔係好辣,但入口幾香幾惹味!嗜辣嘅foodie不可錯過! continue reading

之前係葵芳食過難食的“林昌記”魚蛋,就俾朋友話「好食唔食,走去葵芳食。要食就應該去尖沙咀食」。所以都想去試下朋友話的正宗“林昌記”係點。前排經過,還裝修中。今日經過,已經開返。當然要試試,但怕再次中伏,唯有叫一份細原味魚蛋試試。不用一分鐘,原味魚蛋出場。魚蛋表面有油光,終於不是葵芳的水煮魚蛋。應該係正宗的油浸魚蛋再去油。食落有爽口,有魚味,再加點香辣醬,十分配合。香辣醬俾葵芳食到的香,和多一點辣。但對於我這個辣愛好,只係微辣,不過真的有辣椒香味,不錯。食完後,發覺個和以前有分別。原來改左名。現在係叫“林昌記(藍哥)”。不是過去的“林昌記”。但唔知點解openrice還沒有更正,奇怪 continue reading

香辣魚蛋(大)$20仲記得兩年前食過既林昌記魚蛋係好爽口彈牙,再配合自加製既辣油,真係出面既街邊檔冇得比。但係呢排經過去食,就變得唔再彈牙,反而係「林」得濟 魚蛋既質素的確係大失所望,反而辣油加返分,可以維持到水準。 continue reading
