炸魚旦其實都唔錯, 不過我哋始終都最鍾意原味魚蛋!!!
魚肉美濃 夠彈牙 魚肉為主唔會食到成口粉, 真材實料真係好難得!!!

佢哋總會勁細心, 煮好嘅魚蛋 放入搞沙律菜隔水記用具面, fing 走啲水份, 先至比客人~
咁樣又會冇咁油, good good 呀!!!

雖然係金黃色,但無多餘油分,外層好酥脆好薄.但內裡依然係白滑彈牙,會令人食完又想食.今次用自備醬汁都好食,但原來跟佢preset好gei千島醬先係完美,所以下次大家記得金蛋一定要千島醬!!!

當然是等!炸金角($20) 以盛載在魚蛋的紙碗盛上,還貼心地加上一張吸油紙。探視一下廚房內部,這炸金角確是新鮮炸起的,沒有在表面撲上任何炸粉,就是用白魚蛋的原材料。金黃酥脆的顏色看起來有點像魚片角,其實原理也是一樣的,這製法令炸油接觸面廣,整個表面自然是脆感十足。 魚味跟魚蛋同樣天然,淡鮮不腥,但爽彈以外再添上油香脆感,表面還有酸甜的千島沙律醬,將這金角的美味推至極致,只能說這炸金角實在是太美味了。

在天橋上邊走邊吃,在快到地面的一刻竟有一點衝動,想走回頭路再多吃一份炸金角,這看似平凡的小食是會讓人失去理智的。此刻忽然體會到,老老板要把此物隱藏、惜售是不無道理的,要是讓太多人知道它的存在,但又同時禁不起製作的費神耗時,還是私藏起來留給有緣人吧!


不過,鋒芒「不」露,真是林昌記老板的本意嗎?見他賣力地向每一位路人不厭其煩地推介着,相信老老板在隱藏與顯露之間,是相當糾結複雜的心路歷程吧!同樣地在客人而言,要能做到不藏私也非易事,只是對食評人來說,分享就是一種使命感,光顧之初並不打算為它寫上隻言片語,但這夜,因着限老老板與炸金角的緣分,便聊賦一篇為老老板那份糾結的心情,推波助瀾一番吧!

佢哋嘅魚蛋同我哋平時食開嘅有啲唔同,每一粒都白雪雪,滑捋捋,賣相相當唔錯,我呢啲怕辣之人鍾意原汁原味就當然係叫原味啦, 唔怕辣嘅你就一定要試下佢哋自家製嘅辣醬啦, 仲有現成一樽樽可以買走。魚蛋嘅口感同平時食嘅好大分別,咬落爽口彈牙,完全唔黐牙,唔會有種加咗麵粉嘅感覺,味道剛好,唔會過度調味。

只係叫左細魚蛋(十蚊七粒) 都有個杯仔畀你裝住 , 唔使拎住串嘢喺條街度,拿手唔成勢, 最啱我哋呢啲顧及形象而同時又為食嘅靚女啦。

Previously went to the branch in Kowloon City which was overpriced but tasted ok.Took my friend to this one and we had fishballs and shaomai.To be fair, they taste the same at all branches but the texture of the fishballs and shaomai here were too soft for my liking.The fishballs have a sweet aftertaste so they go well with the chili sauce on the table.

平時成日喺學校肚餓唔知食咩好嘅時候都會諗起林昌記既魚蛋🤤近近地行出尖東橋就買到,食完又唔會話飽到食唔落飯🤤🤤🤤不過食過晒咁多種魚蛋之後,始終都係覺得炸出嚟嘅「黃金蛋」配埋適量嘅沙律醬係最最最最最正嘅😍😍😍😍不過金蛋要三點半後先至有😢😢如果太早落堂嘅話又未有得賣,太晏落堂,到到六點幾七點又可能會賣晒🤦🏼‍♀️所以食到金蛋嘅機會唔係時時都有😢😢今日放學大概四點幾去到,終於比我食到久違嘅金蛋hahaa,口感一樣係咁正咁彈牙,係輕量下午茶嘅唔錯選擇😝☺️

林昌記位於紅磡往尖東天橋既中間,係唔少理工學生閒時小吃既好去處林昌記一直都比身邊既朋友話好好食,之前又見唔少傳媒報導過,今次決定一戰,果然冇失望今次就叫左一份20粒既原味魚蛋,朋友教落食原味魚蛋一定要落佢地自家製既辣油!雖然我本身都食得辣,但依個辣油相比起辣,更多既係香口既感覺白魚蛋輕輕用油掠過,比客之前仲會用個隔油器去除多餘既油,食落口唔會成口油,仲食到魚蛋既鮮味食完一粒又一粒,自己一個人食曬十六粒都冇問題
