Black Truffle Scallop Barley Rice was a combination of earthy black truffle, sweet scallops, and chewy barley rice was unexpected yet utterly delicious. Each bite was a party in my mouth, and I savored every single one.
Caramel French Foie Gras Tart was the perfect ending. The richness of the foie gras was beautifully balanced by the sweetness of the caramel, and the pastry crust was flaky and divine.... a truly unforgettable meal.

大埔是我福地。在我人生內活得最開心。活得愉快的美好日子。況且我極愛大埔的琳琅滿目的美食。泰菜。日菜。韓燒。中菜。雞煲包羅萬有。但個人偏愛平實而不華的餐廳。今日行過這間餐廳典型代表。我幫襯過幾次都克盡其份。澳洲草飼羊T骨扒。羊架極是我的最愛!一級羊架入口香酥平衡更是一流。法式焦糖蘋果酥。法式同我們港式蘋果酥有好大分別。港式就是以層層疊疊的酥皮為主。但這酥皮只以一層包裹住。蘋果批或酥是本人最愛的甜點。焦糖化的蘋果餡更可口悅目。特級魚子醬多士。魚子醬真的很少吃。但原來你咁好好食。多士既獨突配方加上可口既魚子醬。直頭是金童玉女既配合。

生蠔都係香港人嘅大愛,上面用咗三文魚子點綴,加咗少少青檸泡沫,鮮味十足,加埋脆卜卜嘅三文魚子,鹹鹹地令到海水味更加出 。

💖法式西鰽鱸
鱸魚係我比較surprise,因為佢煮得好香滑,配搭埋一啲椰菜花蓉紅腰豆,令人食到返尋味。

Belgian Chocolate is Too Soft
Really the chocolate 🍫 is too soft and  the flavor is still decadent and delicious, but the texture threw me off. Maybe it’s just me, but I like my chocolate with a bit more oomph! 😅

First up, the Swiss Barley Soup. It was pure comfort in a bowl – rich, creamy, and packed with tender barley. Perfect for dipping in some crusty bread.
Next came the Lobster Bisque, and wow, was it decadent! The lobster flavor was intense and oh-so-satisfying.
Then, the main event: Spanish seafood paella. This dish was a party on a plate! Every bite was bursting with fresh seafood, fluffy rice, and vibrant spices.
Finally, the Japanese Mackerel. This dish surprised me. The fish was cooked to perfection – flaky and flavorful – and the accompaniments were light and refreshing, a perfect way to end the meal.
