係初嚐fine dining唔錯嘅選擇,當平時未試過去啲高級餐廳時,總會有啲淆嘅感覺,呢間餐廳細細地,無咁多人時都無咁大壓力,可以放鬆啲咁品嚐美食。因為唔太肚餓,所以只叫左一個6-course dinner set再另外單點,但佢都仲另外有啲多啲course嘅,下次可以一試

Dinner Set CP值真係好高,因為佢全部courses都好認真做

自家製藍花蟹餅外表睇落可能平平無奇,但切開佢就會見到材料十足,一絲絲嘅蟹肉比得絕不留手,而外面炸衣亦唔會油膩。

慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍焦糖蘋果嘅豬鞍肉質軟稔,慢煮嘅做法保留到肉汁,即使無加好多調味,但仍然可口。焦糖蘋果作為配菜,唔會太過甜膩,會想令人一啖接一啖。

威靈頓牛柳層次分明,酥皮入面嘅蘑菇醬入口時微微地透出,牛柳軟熟。特別一提,擺盤同伴菜都有花心思,顏色養眼之餘,南瓜蓉、薯蓉同紫薯蓉都好食,廚師兼顧晒食香味三樣,值得一讚。

兩款甜品亦都係出色之作,上枱時都仲係啱啱出爐嘅狀態。比利時朱古力心太軟味道濃厚,切開朱古力軟心緩緩流出。法式焦糖蘋果酥亦做到外酥內軟,鹹甜交集。

特有嘅L'AMOUR draught beer都值得一提,以餐廳名命名就知對佢充滿信心,自帶一種獨特嘅焦糖香氣,推薦一試。

本身諗住講下邊啲菜式做得特別出色,先發現好難勾一種出嚟講,因為真係全部都有佢優勝之處。亦要一讚侍應嘅細心,留意到佢地會不斷留意住顧客嘅狀態,好迅速地上下一道菜同收起餐盤。

餐廳屬於小店,位置有限,但裝修落足心思,特別日子值得嚟呢度慶祝一下,享受美食之餘,仲可以打下卡影下相。
