路過多次從未入去試個究竟。今日心血來潮前往,門外餐牌見價錢非常相宜,還以為午餐。職員介紹腐乳菇飯 ,連樽裝飲品。晚上如果不想吃太多,份量也足夠👍🏻職員態度良好,腐乳任吃,環境也乾淨。飲品樽裝,如果趕時間也可拿走飲,非常方便。座位不多,也是高椅。食物味道ok. 下次再試其他款式會更清楚。附近多是拉麵店,此cafe 是中式飯的可選之一。餐廳有輕鬆音樂,吃飯時聽著也不錯。但附近有垃圾站及大門打開是馬路。所以有車路過也有些嘈。 continue reading

行過中環,決定入去「流」試下佢哋嗰啲以腐乳做主角嘅食物。🧀 首先上場嘅係雞軟骨特級脆餃,咬落去真係脆卜卜,雞軟骨韌勁過癮,佢哋嘅腐乳蛋黃醬令個餃味道更加層次分明,真係鍾意到停唔到口!🤤之後嚟咗個腐乳白汁焗西蘭花,西蘭花烚得啱啱好,唔會太硬或太爛,腐乳醬汁流晒入去每個菜花絲里,味道香滑得嚟又帶啲鹹香,啱晒我呢啲唔鍾意太清淡嘅人。新腐乳卡邦尼呢個dish,意粉煮到啱啱好嘅軟硬度,撈埋個蛋黃同醬汁,嘩!每一啖都充滿咗腐乳嘅獨特香味同味道,啖啖肉,真係夠曬意思。飯後點咗份腐乳慢煮雞卷配飯,呢樣真係驚喜,雞肉腍滑嫩口又唔膩,搭配嘅飯香呼呼,吸收咗啲汁令整個配搭更完美。最後㗎杯LAU WHITE,一啖咖啡一啖腐乳嘅味道,好特別,每一啖都似在品嚐小小嘅冒險。整體嚟講,呢間「流」賣相同口感都掂晒,chokchok地食飯,腐乳味道居然可以咁多變化,真係食得開心又滿足!👍🍽👌 continue reading

經過見到呢間附用腐乳你做招牌菜,openrice都幾多positive feedback,今日終於有機會一試.餐廳裝修記特別想做懷舊 feel, 仲好多廣東話金句。第一次試緊係要試佢個招牌腐乳卡邦尼 。來到份量比我預期少,但食落又覺得都幾爆可能都比較creamy。 但唔知係唔係想就返外國人口味定健康考慮,腐乳味唔係好重,或者你唔講我都唔知呀佢有落腐乳。味道其實唔差,感覺係濃少少嘅卡邦尼,但一心想食腐乳味嘅我就有少少失望!埋單$88送罐汽水,個人認為貴少少。下次想試下其他餐,價錢相對大眾化好多。 continue reading
