難得開開心心同朋友們,傾計食飯飲野,5個人共消費都過千元,竟比職員問交返枱台出野,果刻好嬲囉,有2張枱早我過我地,唔早佢地叫我地,我地消費比人低?佢地仲有野叫? 不是,同我地一樣飯後傾吓計,我地不是大大聲聲野蠻態度差客人自問,同其他無異,做生意係長做,咁對客人,客人唔會有第二次,亦會同其他人幫你地宣傳,仲有,一盤虾條仿似卡樂B要$50!!你地去搶啦!!不過我地唔介意,出黎同朋友開開心心聚舊,唔會介意叫左4盤共$200仿似卡樂B虾條, 真得不愉快的聚舊!!

太子西洋菜北街向來酒吧林立,放工來小酙兩杯總不乏地方。Happy Hour 酒水例平當然是基本,但友人經已吃厭佐酒的 finger food 如薯條洋蔥圈雞中翼,略嫌太 mainstream。搜索下,覓得這間 Lava 燒能夠以肉送酒,確實令人光是想像已經垂涎。餐牌上的燒物選擇眾多,豬牛羊雞魚蝦蟹扇貝,當然不乏烤蔬菜。不求飽肚,只為解嘴饞,二人點了牛肉串、牛舌心、燒羊架、烤鯖魚、粟米、韭菜娃娃菜等。酒,當然點 draught beer,bottled beer 是讓你買回家飲的。點好的燒物沒有分盤送上,而是整盤呈現於眼前,感覺蠻豐盛的。每款串燒都帶有輕微調味,微辣惹味下不會蓋過原本食材香味的風頭,而整體來說火候控制亦合格,沒有一道肉類被烤至過火而硬身。我個人偏好肉味比較強烈的牛舌心與燒羊架:牛舌心肉味頗香濃,經咀嚼後的油香後勁十足;而燒羊架本身並沒有令人討厭的羶味,油脂算是足夠,咬落肉汁 juicy 卻不油膩。另外,燒栗米經開邊處理,表層再加以芝士和其他調味料理,味美之餘亦比起原條方便食用。

同外國朋友到太子的酒吧區搵食,佢想試吓西餐以外的東西,但又想飲杯啤酒。俾我哋搵搵下,又見到一間主打grill的酒吧,啱晒佢要求。店內環境都幾舒服,有輕音樂。啤酒同各式酒類飲品都唔少,就好似典型的西式酒吧咁。最有趣的是,食物唔係炸薯條等等的佐酒小食,以係一系列的串燒。食物選擇都算係幾多,足兩頁紙。師傅做好後,擺得靚靚先呈上。滿滿的一大盤燒烤食物,令人食指大動。除咗一般的串燒外,亦不乏比較特別的食材。我就覺得燒鯖魚最抵食,只係廿幾蚊,就有長長的一條鯖魚,而且燒得香脆入味。外國朋友仔就鍾意食呢款大啡菇,覺得佢juicy得來口感又豐富。金菇肥牛亦都係當晚其中一款最喜愛的食物,師傅非常重手地厚厚地卷上兩層肥牛,金菇同肥牛的肉質配合得好好,非常惹味。蔬菜方面,露荀較為出色,清新得來又無渣。整體食物都算做得唔錯,醬汁香料都幾惹味。可以食住串燒又咁舒服的環境飲杯啤酒,確係一大樂事。

平時很少吃蟹棒的我另眼相看!這個蟹棒真的有很多的蟹膏,而且口感不錯,每一口都充滿着蟹味!

櫻花蝦餅

外表炸得金黃鬆脆,內裡的蝦滑爽口彈牙,但沒有什麼櫻花味

金銀絲扇貝

上菜時已經感受到濃郁的蒜蓉香味,扇貝的鮮味已經很足夠,再加上惹味的醬汁被粉絲吸收,十分不錯

軟殼蟹

軟殼蟹炸得剛好,不會過火而且保留了軟殼蟹的鮮味,外脆而且啖啖肉,很juicy

魷魚口感剛好,不會太韌

這也是我的至愛!大蔥的爽甜加上雞肉的滑溜鮮味,令人一吃再吃!
