Layback cafe係一個能夠令人chill,慢活、享受放鬆既空間。黎呢度就好似去左時光tunnel咁,見到好有代表性既黑膠唱片、有特色有意境既掛畫、可愛既小擺設。係度食既每樣野都係我未食過既,好創新。飲品係開心果奶蓋椰子水茶,奶蓋濃,有少少開心果碎,飲品係茶底,會冇咁膩。小食係西班牙30年parma ham配時令蜜瓜,上盤好賞心悅目。主食係炸龍蝦尾拌魚子芒果窩夫,有晒我最中意既野,炸龍蝦尾真係啖啖肉,係高級版既天婦羅,但佢既粉又唔係天婦羅果隻粉。魚子勁大粒,配waffle食一流。甜品叫左個開心果巴斯克,即叫即做,好warm好runny既開心果醬,同平時食開既巴士克質感好唔同,真係好好味。
