平日我很少過銅鑼灣,覺得人很多,晚飯時間想找一些比較寧靜的地方吃,漸漸走到百德新街。把整條百德新街走了一遍,被這一間越南菜的裝修吸引,很有歐式中古的味道。我們大概七點鬆到達,餐廳還不算多人,有很多打卡位我覺得白天可以再來打卡一下👍食物方面: 小吃點了炸魷魚圈⭐️⭐️外皮很脆但偏乾,而且除了外皮有味道,裏面的魷魚是完全沒有味,所以這一碟有點失望另一到是燒豬頸肉⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️這個醬汁混合了菠蘿面製,明顯帶點酸酸的味道,非常清新,豬頸肉有燒得剛剛好,這一碟令人回味蝦膠釀雞翼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️雞翼非常大隻,外皮脆而不乾,配合入面精製的蝦膠,有點像吃點心的感覺。要注意的是,胃口細的人吃一隻也很佔空間了蟹肉扎肉炒粉絲⭐️⭐️⭐️✨分量不算多,但味道還不錯 ,有點火候,蟹肉的份量可稍多一點就更美味了整體食物質素是不錯的👍等候每碟菜的時間也不算多,店員服務也沒什麼特別,就是沒太多服務🙈

Decided to go out for lunch before work and decided to try out Le Colonial. The place was lovely with a relaxing  outdoor seating area.As I was there for lunch, they offered a lunch set that includes a choice of two appetizers, a main and a drink. For the appetizer, I chose Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Crispy Lemongrass Wing. The wings were neatly separated so it was easy to eat. They were also fantastic. Very crispy and so much flavour. The springs rolls were crunchy with a lots of vermicelli.

For the main, I chose a Half a Roasted French Spring Chicken, Nam Yu Sauce and Jasmine Rice ($148). The chicken was delicous and neatly sliced in bite size pieces so you didn't need to use a knife. Chopsticks was all you needed.  The sauce was strong with a salty umami taste.

I’m a big fan for CWB fashion place area as we can sit outside and there are lots of plants. There used to be a Vietnamese restaurant in CWB fashion place on the corner that moved. This place is now one of the few Asia food choices in CWB fashion place. I tried the lunch set with my friends. I like the appetizer avocado roll and fried chicken wings. The Banh Mi sandwich could have a bit more favor. The interior design is great.

Le Colonial一開幕的時候已經出現在我的必吃名單上,店家吸引我的不是主打的法式越南菜,而是集小清新與古典的特式裝潢,單單是看照片已經可以給他5顆心心的打卡度!餐館位於充滿美食的百德新街上,被綠植包圍著的戶外用餐處、淡綠色的牆身與及休息的白色座位,從遠處已能看到Le Colonial。這次與同事趁著午餐時間過來,沒有太多的打卡時間,但一走進門已經被室內的裝潢吸引到,設計師毫無遺和感的將小清新與古典結合!反而是菜式上有點格格不入,畢竟越式三文治Banh Mi跟越式牛肉湯河Pho的擺盤也很難弄得有美感。AppetizerLunch Set的4款前菜我們都有吃到,當中的炸香茅雞翼與越式炸春卷我最喜歡!兩款都炸得剛剛好,雞翼的Breading不會過厚,而且還是單骨的,食用非常方便。至於越式炸春卷外脆內軟,但是內餡又不會太軟爛。Main雖然也有點招牌越式三文治跟蔥油香茅牛肉撈檬,但是對於這兩道菜沒特別喜歡的我就不點評了,畢竟會有私心。至於招牌牛肉湯河料很足,可惜是對於重口味愛好者來說,湯頭偏淡。而這次最喜歡的是完全沒有期待的雞肉串燒配黃咖哩,咖哩味濃又Creamy,用來配飯一流!雞肉串燒中

整隻蝦都係滿滿的醬,胡椒味重,胡辣味刺激到味蕾。
忌廉不會膩,少少甜甜地,調味好味。
蝦已經切開一半,好容易就能用刀叉挑出蝦肉,蝦肉扎實彈牙,份量不少。
食完這道菜,充滿蝦殼,侍應馬上幫我們換碟。

要彈的是:室內位置不多而且密集,旁邊的多人聚會令整場十分嘈吵,不適宜來靜靜吃晚飯,純粹想試法越菜式的話環境噪音可能會掃人興。

是看見餐牌上店家推介才點的,不過我覺得賣相有點普通,長得有點像家常炒飯一樣。其實我不是過分要求,只是因為通常大家都會期望賣到這個價錢的炒飯擺盤可以精緻一點,例如有滿滿的鴨肝鋪在表面上⋯⋯ 🙈🙈🙈不過當然味道比較重要啦。藏在飯粒中的鴨肝份量也蠻多,而且能夠吃得出來炒飯帶有鴨肉的油香。不過不知怎的,我總覺得味道真的沒有去到很讓我驚艷的地步,配料也比較單調,只有青豆、洋蔥、炸乾蔥和青瓜,層次不夠豐富。🥺🥺🥺

👯‍♀️👯‍♀️走進銅鑼灣Fashion Walk,好像去了一趟外國旅行~🏝 整個巷子裡的酒吧餐廳雲立,大多都設有露天茶座,在香港能夠感受到如此外國風情,超級寫意。我和朋友在那裡來回走了一趟,發現每一家餐廳都很有特色,不知道該吃哪一家餐廳比較好。
