超大超厚的雞扒,皮脆肉嫩,皮下沒有半點肥膏,連平日不吃雞皮的我,也可吞嚥下去,伴碟的薯角香脆可口,干蔥汁帶甜清甜味,比起濃濃的黑椒汁/蕃茄汁來得更match。

香煎龍脷魚配香橙牛油汁
牛油香帶著新鮮的橙香,不會有飽滯肥膩感,大條龍脷魚,熱食時肉嫩滑無比,即使放涼了,魚肉只會變得結實一點,口感更實在。扒波士頓龍蝦,醬汁搶不了龍蝦的鮮甜,非常多膏,彈牙多肉。

Other Info. : 餐廳的經理及侍應都笑容滿面, 服務很好. 收走吃完食物的碟的速度快, 絕不會阻礙我下一輪拿東西回來. 座位很寬敞, 坐得很舒服.

想不到給我們驚喜的竟然是這個香燒雞肉意大利煎飯,從外表看,還以為是失敗的米pizza,散開的形態的確算不上漂亮,但入口芝士味濃郁,外層焦焦的有點似飯焦,非常香脆,而且嚐得出每粒米飯都充分吸收了芝士和忌廉的味道。飯身其實混了一點翠玉瓜和冬菇粒,減低了芝士那種膩滯,算是重口味之中帶點小清新。頂層的薄片是紫蕃薯片,味道是有,不過似乎裝飾功能佔多一點。至於鋪在上面的燒雞,份量應該有半隻之多,可惜這個主角太乾硬,不太討好。

吃飯途中,收到表妹的短訊說已經抵達了,便匆匆結帳趕過去。有時很佩服媽媽和姨媽當年的勇氣,為了愛情甘願做過埠新娘,跟親人分開三十多年,我是無論多愛大概也做不到的。我也很佩服外婆的瀟灑,每個舅父在婆婆面前總像小朋友一樣哭得非常凄涼,就像責怪自己多年因為分隔兩地沒法好好照顧她一樣。外婆只是淡淡說了一句: 「我很好,你不用擔心。」在我聽來,還是難免心酸... :')

市區尤其是太古城pokka的咖啡曾經是甚多朋友的蒲點。知道機場有毫不猶豫要一試。可惜有點失望而回。環境甚空曠舒適。可惜顧客不多服務員也甚少。食物方面南瓜甘旬湯(3,5/5)。還不錯。這個湯無甚難度。味道適中。主菜蕃茄海鮮带子意大利飯。(2.5/5)。太濕。蕃茄味不濃這個暫且閣下。最值得注意是带子细细粒又乾好可憐呵!鱿魚還爽口。presentation看來挺開眉,可惜味道一般,很一般,用料也不新鮮。 以100元以上未加一的餐而言,,,,朋友吃的曰式吉列豬扒是穩重之選。賣相甚佳肉似乎也有點juicy.最期待的咖啡甜品。咖啡雖锐以滴漏製作,但不像市區以滴漏呈上,只是用杯,未加奶時還酸的。加上cream還可以,但總是欠了些什麼。餐飲?永遠勿期望過多。或許下面這些單叫會好些?

最期待的咖啡甜品。咖啡雖锐以滴漏製作,但不像市區以滴漏呈上,只是用杯,未加奶時還酸的。加上cream還可以,但總是欠了些什麼。餐飲?永遠勿期望過多。

With so many coupons to use up, and me missing their coffee, I had lunch here with my friend. Environment & Hygiene:I had no idea this Pokka was so big and spacious.  The space made it comfy, but it also lacked privacy somehow. Hygiene was okay. Service:The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Soup The pumpkin soup at this location differed from the one in Causeway Bay. This was more course in texture, where as the one in Causeway Bay was more smooth and silky. I think I prefered this course one more, as it was more flavourful. 

Chicken Karaage Curry with Omelette Rice and Pork Sausage The omelette rice wasn't too omelette rice looking or tasting. The curry was tasty though. Also, although the curry had softened the chicken karaage, the flavours of the chicken was yummy, and tasted like the ones you have in Japan. 
 The pork sausage was okay, but very greasy.

Dessert with coffee This cake had way too much cream, and really didn't have any taste. We struggled to understand what we were eating. Both of us had coffee.

Fnal Verdict:
Honestly, the food wasn't really good, but with the coupons, each of us only paid about $50, which made it a little better. If I had paid full price for this meal, I would have gave it a cry face.

雖然在機場工作,但 Pokka Cafe 自去年開張至今,是次首度造訪!職員餐牌上的選擇,沒有特別一款喜愛,最終只隨意點罷了!餐包微暖,配以牛油,味道一般!餐湯是我喜愛的南瓜湯,殊不知呷一啖只覺得湯身較稀,沒有南瓜味道,而且湯亦不夠熱!炸唐揚鷄忌廉汁意大利飯 意大利飯賣相對辦,但味道較淡,而飯粒亦較硬,唯值得一讚的是炸鷄沒有炸得過火,鷄肉亦算嫩滑!甜品蛋糕賣相精緻,味道不過不失!餐飲點了熱奶茶,甫上桌,不知道為何奶茶表面鋪滿氣泡,入口雖然茶味不澀,但略嫌奶味不夠,失色!這樣的價錢,配以這樣的食材,我只可說一句「一次便夠」!

去旅行之前,往往想為假期的開始而吃一餐好的。可是,入閘後機場內的餐廳,往往沒有什麼特別的驚喜。在機場工作的朋友把這間餐廳介紹給我,於是這天在去泰國之前就來了一趙。一走進去,可能是平日的關係,人是比較少。裝修看來不錯,有點華麗的感覺。餐牌上的都是叫飲品加錢有早餐,於是就叫了一個ALL DAY BREAKFAST。我必須說,炒蛋吃起來的確是太淡的,可是其他食物,例如蘑菇﹑煙肉吃起來是不錯的。而且只是六十多元,就有超級厚的多士,也蠻划算了吧!我和朋友分別點了凍北海道朱古力和熱北海道朱古力,來到的時候,是讓客人自己沖調的,也蠻有心意。而且還附上一舊CREAM,亦可以就著自己喜歡的味道來調配,和添加棉花糖,好有趣啊!味道是蠻濃郁的,也有很濃的朱古力味,我自己個人是很喜歡。這間餐廳不可以說是「非常好味」,可是在於機場而言,整體也算不錯。起碼讓你在去旅行之前,也可以保持著愉快的心情上機唷!
