來過這個地方兩次,第一次嚟係疫情嚴峻嘅時候,好靜。但廚房嘅出品十分認真,由麵包籃內熱烘烘嘅麵包,頭盤嘅沙律,餐湯(甜粟米)主菜(魚)到甜品都好精緻同用心,當時仲有折扣優惠。至於餐廳嘅裝修帶點歐洲古典風情又有點夢幻,雖然地方不大但乾淨整齊。由枱上的餐具擺設至牆上面裝飾都好有心思,有點像魔法書嘅內容。今次第二次光顧,客人多咗好多,由於疫情冇咁緊張,亦取消咗折扣優惠。但我仍覺值得,因為佢哋嘅出品同服務態度,依然有水準!朋友也吃得很開心😃

一個西餐廳ge甜品連連鎖餅店ge質素都無,真係令人失望
埋單半價後兩個人都要千三蚊到(因為好多dish要加錢又要人開支百幾蚊ge水
)
朋友話分分鍾去返正牌米豬蓮fine dine lunch都唔駛咁ge價錢然後咁ge質素

餐廳的名稱Le Reve在法文中有「夢」的意思最高的餐桌盛宴 想必如美夢般美好.而餐廳的菜色 亦富有創意如夢般天馬行空 變幻莫測食材 味道與烹調方法的配搭都為食客帶來驚喜其中令我最驚喜的是利用青口製成的雪糕將品嚐者對雪糕的想像引導向另一個層次.餐廳供應的是日式法國料理日本料理強調保留食材的鮮味法國料理著重令整個用餐過程精緻化將兩者揉合 就產生出了一道道賣相精美又味道鮮美的菜色.大部分菜色都走清新路線味道豐富卻不失清爽.每道菜都令人垂延但甜品是當晚我最喜歡的菜色椰子慕斯包覆著流心熱情果醬熱情果的酸味中透著絲絲椰子香配上旁邊的菠蘿雪糕是個非常清新的配搭完成8道菜的晚餐後也不覺有膩感

食物嘅賣相同埋味道 真的十分好, 本來已經 book咗下星期叫埋家人一齊嚟 再一次品嚐,下午 兩點幾離開餐廳,太太三點半開始肚痛得好厲害, 跟住開始肚屙, 而我就由中午三點九開始直到晚上不斷痾水, 冇錯大便屙到好似屙水一樣, 最少十次以上, 開始感覺到脫水,頭暈, 但又因為肺炎唔敢去醫院, 打電話去餐廳投訴, 當日嘅GM, 就係今日serve我哋嘅後生仔, 反而仲問我哋琴日食咗啲乜嘢 企圖推卸責任, 同問我哋有冇去睇醫生,真係不知所謂。 聽日我就打電話去食物環境衛生局投訴。

有一日朋友比驚喜我,帶左我黎Le Rêve食生日飯Le Rêve係一間法國餐廳,餐廳裝修好靚,呢一日我地係食lunch,相對於晚餐,lunch比較便宜,lunch set大約$160-$400,有沙律,湯,主菜,甜品同飲品Lunch都會提供麵包,牛角包好好味餐湯係龍蝦湯,好濃味主菜方面我地揀左意粉同豬扒餐甜品係士多啤梨朱古力蛋糕同朱古力泡芙,整得好靚好高質Shiso mixed berries mousse🗻最後重頭就係呢個富士山蛋糕,佢由係mousse,海棉蛋糕同消化餅造成,側邊係梅酒啫喱,而海浪係雲呢拿cream,賣相好靚,整得好用心,加上本身好鍾意富士山所以見到好開心

困咗喺屋企一段時間,好高興終於可以出嚟食餐好嘅 。搵到呢間mix咗世界上最fine-cuisine 嘅法國同日本菜為主題嘅餐廳。 菜方面幾鍾意個生蠔加上啲蘋果醋, tempura式蝦點啲清蚌ice cream,幾有創意,kagoshima tenderloin 夠滑, 個鵝肝就有太油。Wine pairing都幾得意,飲到個法國做嘅sake,唔錯。服務喺由一班熱情年青人提供,值得讚賞。 餐廳環境夠浪漫,更高興可以喺 terrace 用餐 ,享受室外比較舒適的溫度。

最後的甜品,深得我喜愛呀!!! 對慕斯不太熱愛的我,完全敗在這個焦糖慕斯蛋糕上呀
。彈滑的布丁慕斯,甜度剛好,味道濃郁,頂層有黑朱古力片,內裡有流心焦糖醬,底部有香脆餅底,女孩子必定喜歡唷!

如果你還在考慮去那裡跟情人慶祝,去那裡跟朋友慶生, Le Rêve是我最近最推薦的餐廳之一!

另一個Main dish就係A4鹿兒島和牛,佢冇A5和牛咁油膩而有濃郁嘅肉味,而且佢用低溫慢煮嘅方法去烹調所以肉味特別濃,肉汁亦都比較多。

Surprise dish - oyster🦪
生蠔大隻好creamy,配上酸酸地嘅蘋果醋、魚籽等。就連嗰幾點綠色同埋橙色都係精心設計嘅醬汁,綠色有少少青草味,而橙色就辣辣地好似胡蘿蔔咁。

Geoduck Sashimi🍣
呢度海蜇刺身真係靚到冇得彈😍設計到成個魚缸咁!海蜇刺身配上青瓜、蜜糖檸檬汁等酸酸甜甜,而🦀就係用上韓國醬油蟹嘅腌製方,再炸,非常脆口,仲有作為豉油嘅作用,配埋海蜇刺身一齊食。另外就連啲海帶都食得!成道菜真係又睇得又食得!

Surprise dish - eel🐟
餐廳特別講到明用上台灣鰻魚而非日本鰻魚,因為而家嘅台灣鰻魚非常當造!鰻魚肉質較為紮實,冇咁肥膩,微微烤香,做法味道有啲似叉燒。另外侍應總會即時淋上玫瑰酒,令到成個鰻魚再多一陣香氣。

Lobster🦞
面頭先放上咗三塊唔同嘅炸物,分別為炸蓮藕炸啤梨以及炸羽衣甘藍,就好似係揭開龍蝦嘅序幕咁。龍蝦亦都用咗特別嘅方式烹調,保留龍蝦嘅鮮甜爽口,質感有少少微生,好神奇!再配埋第一下嘅蕃茄龍蝦醬同埋芒果一齊食,令到龍蝦嘅香氣更加突出,而芒果嘅口感亦都同龍蝦嘅口感好夾!

Japanese Cod Fish🐟
用上日本鱈魚,油分較高,所以廚師巧妙地用咗酸酸甜甜嘅奇異果、pickles青蘋果、蕃茄、檸檬醬嚟減輕鱈魚嘅油膩感。鱈魚亦都非常滑溜,一啲骨都冇。
另外外圍嘅白色粉末其實係橄欖油!用分子料理將橄欖油整成粉末,除咗增添美感之餘仲可以同鱈魚一齊食,保留橄欖油嘅香氣但係又冇油膩嘅感覺。

Sesame stone🍰
呢個甜品真係好味到不得了!完全係一個完美嘅總結!外表好似一個大石,但其實係黑芝麻慕絲,包住合桃雪糕,同埋海綿蛋糕,味道互相配合,好似黑芝麻糊溝合桃糊。外圍有竹炭crumble、朱古力條同埋開心果air bag,略帶脆口,令到成個甜品再昇華一個層次。

Mignardises & coffee☕️ or tea🍵 (pistachio puff, blueberry cheesecake)
最後仲有杯嘢飲,配上開心果泡芙同埋藍莓芝士蛋糕。就連茶都有多個選擇,當日分別有peppermint, jasmine, earl grey。

唔好以為四道菜嘅食物質素就會差啲啊,有拖羅呀,真係有入口即溶嘅感覺!仲配埋金魚子醬、柚子啫喱,味道清新。想點個一刻仲有啲nitrogen,真心好靚!

Kagoshima (+258)🥩
當日加咗二百幾蚊要呢一個來自鹿兒島嘅A4和牛,油脂分布較A5級少啲,但就勝在冇咁油膩,但依然入口即溶,而且牛味香濃!廚師火候掌握得非常好,外層煎到微脆帶香,而內裏則非常粉嫩,係一個完美嘅medium rare!

Shiso Mixed Berries Mousse 🍰
痴線係富士山呀!我超鍾意呢一個甜品,佢嘅莓味唔會太酸,恰到好處,配埋海棉蛋糕同埋消化餅一齊食,口感豐富。外面圍住嘅係梅酒啫喱,海浪就係啲雲呢拿味嘅忌廉,所有嘢加埋一齊食真係好正,一啲都唔膩,就連平時唔鍾意食甜品嘅朋友都覺得好好食!

Instead of wine pairing, we opted for the more innovative cocktails 🍸 the romantic soufflé came with a spoon so you could eat a bite of sweet sakura foam on top, then sip some rose liquor mixed with Hendrick’s Gin while the black spiced rum base made the smoky black magic much stronger and bitter 🍾 we could smell the smoky flavor when the waiter poured it out of the skeleton bottle 👃🏻
