To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 荃灣一向小店林立,今日去咗呢間餐廳:小越廚!菜單上充滿大量泰國菜式,全部菜式我都鍾意食,所以叫咗二人餐 - 包三樣嘢食、兩杯飲品🥤大滿足!二人餐 $228🦪A.泰式蠔仔煎蛋 🍳🩷份量真係超級多啊,勁多蠔仔喺入面,呢個蠔仔煎蛋屬於比較濕潤嗰種,質地有啲似台式蚵仔煎,入口食到蛋香同醬料嘅香味,除咗唔腥之外,亦令充滿鹹香味,呢個蛋如果攞嚟撈飯都唔錯!🐔B. 泰式海南雞飯推薦!呢個海南雞飯幾好食,雞🐓肉作為主角非常滑溜,配咗一個同平時海南雞飯唔同嘅醬汁,呢個醬汁混合泰式辣醬,提升咗整個雞嘅風味,鮮嫩清爽嘅雞肉搭配濃郁醬汁,超美味!另外都配咗黃薑飯,味道都可以!🧡泰式粉絲扇貝扇貝大大隻,扇貝上面有勁多粉絲喎,粉絲經過香炒,更加惹味,配咗一個泰式辣汁,都係混合一齊更加好味!🍹飲品❤️鹹檸檬可樂🧡龍眼冰:龍眼冰入面都幾多龍眼肉,重甜,所以感覺甜蜜!✨小店有時候都需要等位,需要少少耐性,呢個價錢食到咁多嘢,份量仲要多,所以都唔需要挑剔,以上最好食嘅係海南雞,大家可以試吓!(*´∀`)~♥

荃灣廣場附近一帶,食肆林立,很多特色菜可選擇。其中的「小越廚」,就提供泰國、越南口味的菜色。餐廳舖面不大,裝修富熱帶風情,天花用了竹帽形的燈飾,甚為別緻。餐牌上推介的二人餐,豐富又實惠:有沙律、小食拼盤、主食和飲品,更可以用優惠價錢追加小食。「泰式青木瓜沙律」口感青新,爽脆的青木瓜絲、甘筍絲,還有沙律菜及菠蘿,辣辣的,非常開胃。「小食拼盤」(蒜香雞翼、泰式香辣魚餅、河內芋頭海鮮春卷)三款都是新鮮即製,香脆可口,加上泰式辣醬,更加惹味。「泰式海南雞飯」份量不少,去骨海南雞,啖啖肉,鮮味十足,嫩滑口感。雞油飯更是滋味無窮。「香茅豬扒撈檬」大大塊豬扒,炸得酥脆,香噴噴。檬粉配上特色醬汁,酸甜可口,撈檬特別爽滑。飲品:豆漿、泰式奶茶追加小食:「泰式燒豬頸肉」豬頸肉半肥瘦,外皮燒香,肉質多汁彈牙,味道甘香,配合泰式辣醬,份外滋味。「咖央多士」厚切牛油咖央多士,雖然有點“邪惡”,但好味難抗拒。這裏的菜式既有特色,又美味,而價錢相當吸引,值得推薦。

荃灣不嬲都好多泰國或者越南嘅餐廳,今日咁啱經過見到,呢間餐廳嘅二人餐非常平,咁就入去試吓啦。入到去雖然時間仲好早,但係坐滿好多人,如果想食嘢記住早啲嚟等位啦。我哋首先叫咗個火山排骨,一上枱真係好震撼,因為真係好大,而且排骨搭到好高,好適合打卡。佢食落酸酸辣辣,不過唔會太辣,越食越開胃。另外我哋仲叫咗個生蝦刺身,估唔到咁平嘅價錢有咁多隻,而且沙蝦好大隻,食落好新鮮,唔使點酸辣汁都已經好好食。呢個青咖喱雞扒飯又係好大碟,佢嘅咖喱汁辣辣地,撈飯一流。而且雞扒都好嫩滑,襯埋青咖喱真係好好食。呢間餐廳又平又抵食,覺得咁多人幫襯啦,一食完已經即刻推介左住荃灣嘅朋友嚟食啦。

呢間位於荃灣廣場後面嘅小店已經屹立多年,係一間融合泰國同越南菜式嘅小店,今次再嚟食佢嘅二人套餐,$228 就可以自選3個item我地揀左曼谷街頭虎蝦燜粉絲煲、泰式燒豬頸肉、泰式飛天通菜。款款都份量十足,叫餸食飯啱曬!特別欣賞虎蝦燜粉絲煲,爆膏大頭蝦好新鮮,蝦肉結實彈牙,沾上秘製醬汁味道更濃郁,粉絲又夠入味😋 豬頸肉燒得又香又軟腍,當做小食都係一流👍🏻 通菜火喉十足,即炒即上桌🔥 套餐另加飲品只需$9,我哋叫咗鹹檸檬七喜同青檸梳打,爽!呢間小店只得一個樓面一個廚房,所以上菜比較慢,但員工都好有禮貌,同埋好野是值得等待的😀 而家小店難做,一定要多多支持!
