餐飲方面,我們各自點了椰汁紅豆冰和椰汁綠豆冰。椰汁其實是濃濃的椰奶,配上軟糯的紅豆,成為一杯喝下去的甜品❤️。本來還想叫多一個芒果糯米飯,因為這杯野飲我吃不下了,要留待下次光顧試試了。

這店除了是聚會好地方,食物也很讚。能在現時飛不了的狀態下吃到好味的越南美食,好滿足😆👍🏻👍🏻

我估背後個原因係因為,因為佢一嚟嘅時候真係好香,而且亦都好大份,特別欣賞廚師嘅心機,佢將成個大蝦頭夾唔同部份都整得非常香脆,而且牛油味非常香濃,連啲肉都係起晒腸,細心。食落去嘅時候,蝦嘅肉非常之彈牙,好有肌肉。而且我仲一定要反覆去撈啲牛油🧈,更加好味。


最後食完呢未咁重口味嘅菜,我梗係要飲返杯熱檸茶來消滯啦。

男朋友打完排球經過旺角忽然覺得肚餓於是去了一間真正的越南特色風味餐廳。地鐵站走上嚟唔到三分鐘非常之方便。我同男朋友都鍾意食魚所以叫咗個香茅燒烏頭食。這款魚特別之處就係鮮甜無比而且非常新鮮。裏面配上香茅同埋其他唔同嘅泰國薑材料。可以講係分外入味而且入木三分。令人覺得一再懷念這種越南風情。我自己另外叫咗個真正越南海南雞飯。別之處還有油雞香而且雞香鮮嫩肉滑。其他餐廳唔一定享受得到。不同的香料炮製不同的食物加上服務我覺得很滿意。

今天天氣好,帶爸爸出旺角Le Viet吃午餐。爸爸愛吃魚,便叫了一條香茅燒烏頭。魚即叫即燒,等了約半個鐘便送來給我們享用。魚很大條放在生菜上,魚皮擦了鹽來燒,魚肚內塞滿香料。切開魚揭開魚皮內面是雪白香甜的魚肉。用隨魚附上的酸甜醬汁點魚吃,令魚肉更鮮美。魚沒有腥或泥味,真材實料,保持肉質鮮嫩,香茅燒比蒸或明爐烏頭更好味。爸爸很開胃,一個人吃了半條魚。魚不油腻不咸,有營易消化,魚骨亦不多,值得推介。我愛吃串燒,叫了半打,有豬,牛和雞。三種都好吃,燒得不過火,保持肉質鮮味。沙嗲醬香甜,用來點串燒超好味。青瓜菜絲清甜。午市有多種超值套餐供應。我們選了咖喱牛腩飯,跟湯及飲品。咖喱牛腩用爐仔上,熱辣辣更好味。牛腩淋,牛筋更正,咖喱香甜不辣,配菜薯仔洋葱青椒都美味。冬瓜餐湯和熱奶茶都不錯。吃得滿意,經濟實惠,招呼好。下次再來。

吃得滿意,經濟實惠,招呼好。下次再來。

香茅燒烏頭
一上台都嚇親因為都真係幾大條下而且好重香茅味,佢啲魚皮用啲鹽醃過所以比較硬身容易打開淨係食入邊啲肉,肉質食物都好嫩口配埋啲青色嘅蒜蓉辣醬非常之夾!

雖然疫情並未減退,不過年近歲晚,始終要辦年貨,便到旺角逛街,適逢午飯時間,想起了這裏,便來到了。香茅燒烏頭$173,需時約20分鐘,以粗鹽烤焗的烏頭,魚肉沒有泥味,只有鮮甜味道,加上泰式酸辣汁,就更加美味,值得推薦。海南雞飯$68,雞肉已經起骨,啖啖都是肉。雞油飯味道香濃,點些海南雞醬和黑醬油,味道更加好。青檸梳打加$8,青檸味到十足,非常配合吃海南雞飯。豬頸肉撈檬$64,豬頸肉炭燒味道香濃,配上酸辣醬汁,非常開胃,亦可減少油膩感。凍咖啡加$5,雖然不是泰式咖啡,但咖啡味道十足,跟餐來說說是不錯。

旺角Le Viet and係食越南菜,香茅燒烏頭好似烤嘢,好大一條,即叫即燒,要等一陣,一上檯香味撲鼻,魚肚裡塞滿了香茅、薑片,味道複雜又獨特!魚皮香脆,魚肉緊實鮮嫩,魚肉咸香配泰式青辣椒酸汁,好開胃。豬頸肉米紙卷一個個圓卜卜,表面撒些花生碎,米紙薄薄啲晶瑩剔透,口感滑溜,夾埋豬頸肉粉絲生菜,點酸甜汁一起食,入口有香茅味,味道好好。手撕雞撈檬,手撕雞還蠻多,撈檬加埋佢個啲酸甜汁撈埋一齊食覺得幾開胃同幾清爽,鍾意食凍食嘅朋友可以試下。椰汁紅豆冰,椰汁香滑濃厚,紅豆軟糯香甜,好好飲。
