小弟首次執筆寫食評,皆因不吐不快之故。昨晚同家姐點了香茅豬扒湯河及撈檬各一客,豬扒全無香茅味,肉質又鞋又柴,又有點過咸,好似隔夜食淨咁,舊肉連普通茶記的炸豬扒都比唔上,感覺十分無癮!就算嗰碗湯河其實也好一般,河粉略嫌淋了一點,連加一實收百六蚊,食物質素完全對唔住呢個價錢,印象中我已經是第二次幫襯,如無意外應該唔會再有下次,免得又再中伏。昨晚因除夕關係,好多食肆提早打徉,去食呢間似乎真係命中注定!

李錦基真係賣好多廣告,一開個電視就見到佢。住咗附近咁多年,梗係點都試吓啦。佢喺窩打老道渣打銀行隔離,真係好易搵,地點都好方便。入到去就覺得係普普通通嘅茶餐廳,完全覺得冇咩特別,諗住試完個小食就走。我自己一個就叫咗個炸蒜蓉牛油雞翼同埋叫咗個蝦仁豬肉卷。蝦仁豬肉卷味道都好唔錯,隻蝦都仲係好彈牙,豬肉味唔係好重,佢裏面有啲青瓜紅蘿蔔絲,咬起上嚟好多餡喺個口度,口感好豐富。炸蒜蓉牛油雞翼就等得比較耐啦,佢有4隻,估唔到咁大份。每一隻都好大隻而且好脆口,咬落去啲雞又喺個口腔到爆曬出嚟,即刻要搵張紙巾墊住個下巴。唔係誇張,真係好多油飛出嚟,原來都真係幾好食。不過一個人食,食唔到好多,有機會再向大家推介。

炸蒜蓉牛油雞翼就等得比較耐啦,佢有4隻,估唔到咁大份。每一隻都好大隻而且好脆口,咬落去啲雞又喺個口腔到爆曬出嚟,即刻要搵張紙巾墊住個下巴。唔係誇張,真係好多油飛出嚟,原來都真係幾好食。

不過一個人食,食唔到好多,有機會再向大家推介。

今日姑仔提議去‘不漏洞拉’(李錦基越南餐廳,窩打老道65號地下D舖)午餐,佢話好耐以前見到老闆賣廣告已經打算去試,而我就係第二次到訪此店。店內座位尚算寛敞,環境衛生比合格高分,食物保持水準,價錢合理而份量亦足夠。我哋三個人叫咗三杯椰汁綠豆蓉冰,值得推介;姑仔想食茄汁牛腩湯河,我就鍾情扎肉拼蒸粉包及生牛肉湯河,最後加多個咖喱雞麵包;以上份量三個人都食唔晒。小插曲:今日用餐有幸由老闆親自上飲品,我就即時要求合照以作留念。✌🏻

上個星期六晚,去睇波之前食個飯先。記得近巴士站有間越南餐館。今次係第三次定第四次去食。第一次同幾個朋友去食,啲味道都可以。對上兩次自己去食碗湯牛河,都已經係年幾前嘅事,記得啲味道都已經退步咗。今次再嚟,食咗個海南雞飯,簡直係垃圾。雞完全冇味,就連雞嘅味道都冇,煮得又老。啲油飯大部分硬到如生米。而個雞湯又太咸。味道咁差嘅海南雞飯餐都係第一次食到,仲要俾八十蚊,下次去附近間茶記好過。間舖啲味道每放越下,以後唔會再去。

李錦基越南餐廳,其實由細食到大。不過越食就越貴。一碗火車頭河粉要$82,香茅豬扒飯要$73,越南春卷要$78(共5條)全部唔包飲品。火車頭河粉湯底正常,份量充足,內有牛腩牛丸生牛肉牛柏葉的全牛宴。豬扒飯豬扒份量都大塊充足味道好味。相對越南春卷我就覺得比較貴,味道正正常常。

這店很久很久以前就光顧過,第一次光顧,店的位置在彌敦道,第二次光顧,已搬到這而來。火車頭湯河粉:湯頭清香,加入香葉、紅辣椒和檸檬汁,味道更佳。河粉很滑,可惜份量不多。除了河粉,還有牛丸、生牛肉、牛腩、牛柏葉、牛筋等食材,味道不錯。咖哩雞煲配麵包:咖喱汁不太辣,很香濃,雞也好吃。這咖喱汁好味得足夠伴上三碗飯吃,不過這次配的是麵包,這包的外皮不夠脆,有點可惜。

咖喱汁不太辣,很香濃,雞也好吃。這咖喱汁好味得足夠伴上三碗飯吃,不過這次配的是麵包,這包的外皮不夠脆,有點可惜。
