又點少得揚州炸魚皮拌蓮藕片呢個神招式,一啖下去嘎吱作響,夠晒口感。啲西洋菜金菇就嘆咗佢清新爽口,整體來講,均衡又美味🥬!食到最後,之不過個肚仔有限,仲留有啲遺憾……

打到中途,突然傳來一陣陣花雕酒味,原來是隔離檯點了花雕雞煲,我們大家面面相覷,二話不說就叫老闆換湯底,來一客花雕雞,老闆教路,落雞後湯一滾便熄火焗二十分鐘,雞肉鮮嫩入味,我們當然照做,果然雞肉入味但有點老左,應該焗短一點時間效果會好些。

食利得唔係第一次,不過食雞煲真係第一次! 以往去親利得打邊爐,都一定係叫蕃茄豬骨湯底 或者 蕃茄魚尾湯底,因為呢2個湯底都真係好正!! 今次我地一行12人,一坐低就叫左個蕃茄魚尾湯底,老闆娘就問我地試唔試下雞煲,話今日買左幾隻新鮮雞所以叫我地試下,我地就叫左一個雞煲。等上菜的時候,我地都叫左2碟炸魚片頭,既香口又不油膩,配埋個泰式辣醬,都真係愈食愈開胃。黎到利得,一定要食佢個A牛 (即係手切A級牛肉),脂肪分怖的好平均,超正呀真係,每次食個水準都仲係度,我地12個人叫左2碟,再加左碟牛柳粒,平時出面D 牛柳粒淥完好硬好難咬到,佢呢隻好味又易咬開,好好味。另外我地都叫左好多唔同種類既食物,佢個手打墨魚滑及蝦滑都有好多蟹子係面,仲有蝦串,好新鮮,即叫即串起,所以淥熟左仲係好甜。第一次食佢個雞煲,水準一流,麻味好香,蔥蒜既味道仲係度,無流失到。整體黎講,食咁多次利得都係好好既水準

其實都有幾個月冇黎打邊爐,但係無時無刻都覺得應該要返嚟,既然有韓國人嚟香港探我,一於盡地主之誼,即係帶佢去食我鍾意食嘅嘢。嚟咗呢度都有好幾年,從來冇失望過,今日三個人,食咗千二蚊,叫咗差唔多五個人嘅份量,但係實在太太太太太滿足啦!清清地皮蛋豆腐湯底,一碟靚牛肉就已經係一切!咁當然仲有好多好多要食嘅嘢。墨魚丸蝦丸花枝桂花蚌西洋菜竹笙炸響鈴白鱔片!炸魚片頭係我嘅必點,佢哋會將魚片頭新鮮炸起,當小食又得,通常我會將佢過一過湯食。同價錢嘅料全部可以雙拼。 呢個真係唔使多講!

邊爐虫又咬人,向很多選擇的九龍城出發,無訂位,只好考慮較不熱門的店,這裏星期六臨急訂位~成功最貴湯底也不過一百幾十,太實惠了吧豬骨番茄湯底(例牌)好多料,原本一定預四人份,骨桶、雞腳、粟米全都有四件。自鍾愛麻辣後,很久沒有吃豬骨底,沒有失望。番茄並不是假味茄膏,自然風味的滾湯底,老闆又提醒加點湯在骨髓內攪一下才用飲管吸,更味美 手切本地肥牛(大),好好味,有牛味肉亦嫩,切得大片,肥瘦恰到好處必吃 菜籃吃得心安,菜非一大棵,而是被摘開了的,意味著什麼?較大機會有洗菜。食物可以雙併,選了鮮魷併牛柏頁。魷魚是鮮味的,份量多而且切得大大片,最終吃不完,但可能用鹽洗關係,吃起來較咸。四寶餃,有著應有的味道,韭菜餃、水餃、魚餃、雲吞各有各味道,穩陣之選。好海鮮的也不用擔心,這裏是有的選擇,只是今次實在飽,吃不下了。店員招呼超周到,不用叫也會主動協助加湯、調火、收碟、換食碟,阿哥阿姐招呼恰到好處。店是舊了點,店內亦有一陣陳舊味道,我也不敢光顧他的廁所😅。坐地舖基本也是四−六人圓枱,二人坐是很闊落的,樓上還有一層,相信格局會較焗促。若不是請客應酬,這裏即使環境不非常好,食物質素、招呼、價錢平衡下,是絶

,雖然無叫海鮮🦀🦐🐊🐚🐟或其他貴價食物,確實不算貴。下次再來,要找多兩人來或不會再叫多料的豬骨底,
