佢嘅湯底好濃郁,滿滿嘅肉骨茶香味。啲肉骨煮得好軟好入味,啖口唔會太硬。湯裏面有煮得爛爛嘅豬肉,一入口即化。湯汁濃郁香甜。配埋碗熱騰騰嘅白飯,真係一餐飽足又美味嘅馬來西亞肉骨茶煲!唔可以唔提嘅係佢喺個煲下面有蠟燭,保持住湯嘅溫度,真係好細心。

2️⃣馬拉盞炒通菜💰50

呢個炒通菜火候掌握得好,通菜爽脆又保持住營養。加入馬拉盞,味道又唔會太辣,好香口開胃。

3️⃣軟殼蟹喇沙摻摻💰96

這道菜結合咗軟殼蟹同喇沙嘅美味。軟殼蟹炸得金黃酥脆,外脆內嫩,每一口都有滿滿嘅蟹肉香味。喇沙湯底濃郁而香辣,有椰漿嘅香甜同辣椒嘅刺激。湯底裏面仲有椰漿、參巴醬同香茅嘅味道,增添咗層次同風味。加埋啲豆芽、魚蛋同米粉,令味道更加豐富。一啖湯底,鮮香濃郁,再加埋脆軟嘅軟殼蟹,真係一個絕配。呢道軟殼蟹喇沙摻摻,真係美味又滿足!

4️⃣串燒拼盤💰86
串燒拼盤有雞、牛、豬串燒各2串,仲有豬頸肉一份,真係好抵食!每一串燒得嘅肉都好香嫩,入口即化。雞串燒嫩滑多汁,牛串燒肉質鮮嫩,豬串燒則帶有濃郁嘅炭燒香氣。豬頸肉更加嫩滑多汁,入口即化,肉質鮮美。拼盤上嘅燒烤痕跡,增加咗一份炭燒風味同質感。份量夠多,可以一試過試哂多款肉串,滿足到所有口味。

5️⃣薄荷青檸梳打💰14(跟餐)

薄荷青檸梳打好清新!飲落去有薄荷嘅清香同青檸嘅酸爽,好解渴。口感氣泡細緻,令人舒爽。清涼嘅口味同檸檬嘅酸度完美結合,好開胃。

6️⃣熟杞子牛蒡茶💰10(跟餐)

熟杞子牛蒡茶好滋補!佢嘅味道濃郁香甜,有杞子嘅淡淡苦味同牛蒡嘅清香。茶湯清澈透亮,入口滑順,帶來一種舒適嘅口感。熟杞子係滋補養顏嘅好材料,一杯熟杞子牛蒡茶係一種健康又美味嘅選擇。
