「摻摻」字面有「兩溝」嘅意思,相傳以前啲小販會擺晒唔同嘅麵出嚟俾客人揀,咁有啲嘴刁嘅客人就話要米粉同油麵兩溝,於是呢個食法就流傳開去,成為一種經典麵食喇。我今天食嘅尼一碗麵有齊新加坡魚蛋、豆卜、半隻蛋、一碟海南雞!
勁豐富,夠哂足料,湯底極濃厚,充滿椰香味!

至於黑糖珍珠鮮奶則是意外地好喝,珍珠本身黑糖香十分濃郁,口感Q軟好咬,跟鮮奶攪拌之後喝起來毫無違和, 怕太甜的可以點少糖,喝起來較不會死甜,奶香味比較濃醇。

所以話大埔區都有高質嘅馬拉小店,搵日要再來過!
