「慢煮帶子配墨汁脆汁」($88)

未吃之前,先被碟子吸引著,碟上的色彩配合帶子,仿佛令帶子像騰雲駕霧似的。而帶子以低溫慢煮,切開時仍有流心的軟綿綿感覺,配菜的焦糖意大利火腿像乳豬片般卜卜脆,椰菜花蓉和墨汁脆片都令整道菜錦上添花。

「鮮花鏡裡香」($98)

中文菜名起得很富詩意,像古文中的形容詞一樣。留意個碗,都是自家製的陶瓷,每隻都有不同的弧度和紋理。

其實這道菜是混合中菜和意大利雲吞的做法,雞清湯內浸著鮑魚鮮雞雲吞和燒烤菇,雲吞味道十分香濃。

擺放亦見細緻,兩隻西班牙紅蝦和八爪魚的構圖放得很合適,由上面看來就像一幅畫。紅蝦上淋著麵包糠,令蝦肉更為爽口,千祈不要忽略蝦頭,一定要連汁去食,以感受那種鮮甜。煙薰蝦籽亦是點睛之作,而青椒燒八爪魚則很爽滑,最後吃埋個意大利青瓜,既中和了海鮮味,又貫徹整道菜的清爽風格。

「大閘蟹南瓜薑汁意粉」($328)

今年沒有吃過大閘蟹,唯有在季尾時以蟹入饌的意粉作補償。以大閘蟹和南瓜混在意粉上,並沒有想像中的膩和重,因為份量還算調得剛好,不會太過份地甜和膩,薑汁可能是好助手,令整道意粉調和至滑而不重的位置。

比起上一道,這道意粉就更輕,羅勒醬調成的意粉絕不重手,可能有人會喜歡較濕的意粉,我反而喜歡輕身的,燒帶子亦很爽脆。

Vegan糕點
最後來兩件不油不膩的Vegan糕點,分別是檸檬橽和抺茶芝麻蛋糕。如果日間來到,我會叫杯咖啡,但晚上不喝了,就此完結晚餐,亦不會感到吃得太多。

個人幾欣賞店主對陶瓷藝術的執著,而餐廳的餐具亦用上自家製陶瓷器,食物亦見精緻,以Fusion菜來說,菜式好在不會為創作而創作,做法穩陣而佈置見細心。食物、陶瓷餐具加上裝飾,就令餐廳氛圍充滿藝術氣息。

最後是兩款HAND MAKE PASTA手工意粉!先上檯的是我期待已久的SHANGHAINESE CRAB & PUMPKIN FETTUCINE大閘蟹南瓜薑汁意粉,以時令的大閘蟹加上南瓜、薑汁來烹調,大閘蟹加南瓜吃下既甘香且甜美絕沒一點違和感!而且意粉質感al dente加上嫩口的露荀是真心讚的新味道。

The second course was ravioli soaked and clear chicken broth. And dessert was just divine, we picked a black sesame mouse cake, vegan kumquat tart and a lemon tart with long black coffee. I do admit I have sweet tooth and very particular with my dessert. These desserts were to die for, they not only looked amazing but taste too.

The story didn’t end here. There’s pottery workshop available here too. I’ll definitely try out my artistic side during my next visit!

Glad to have such an oasis in the middle of this concrete jungle. Well done Lilium!!
