To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間我食左3次,我3次都係食同一樣野,就係冬陰功牛肉湯肉.第一次:好好食,個湯好香,好濃第二次:個湯偏辣,而且好多紅油第三次:個湯正常返,無咁辣,不過就有點酸其實佢個湯肉份量好足,好多料,都算落重手,我飽到食唔完,如果要求唔高的話,呢個餐算唔錯,我之後亦都會再食呢個呢個炒全邊粉男朋友叫,味道都唔差

呢間我食左3次,我3次都係食同一樣野,就係冬陰功牛肉湯肉.
第一次:好好食,個湯好香,好濃

第二次:個湯偏辣,而且好多紅油

第三次:個湯正常返,無咁辣,不過就有點酸

其實佢個湯肉份量好足,好多料,都算落重手,我飽到食唔完,如果要求唔高的話,呢個餐算唔錯,我之後亦都會再食呢個

個汁香,豬扒本身醃味都夠,所以汁主要用黎撈飯,唔辣又惹味。

以為雜錦應該咩都有, 所以份量少~ 但呢間份量都足夠呢~
每款都有2-3件~ 算係好俾面~
生牛肉唔韌~ 幾好食~ 扎肉係夾住豬耳, 多一重口感~ 不錯~
最特別係粒細細既肉丸~ 口感似豬肉, 但味道係好有魚香味~
個湯有牛肉味, 不過未算好濃, 但相對越南地道湯底, 就有點遜色~

不過, $40幾蚊街坊價, 又唔可以太高期望既~
整體食物質素幾好, 呢個價錢, 呢個質素, 算是不錯了~

這是尚德商場新款的美食選擇, 可以一個地方滿足星泰越菜~ 
仲要價錢合理~ 算幾難得了~


好似2:00pm有下午茶~ 仲再抵食d~

平時都唔打食評,今次一定要comment下!之前新開張冇耐已經好多人排,已經好想食!今日叫左個冬陰公香茅豬扒河粉同埋芒果沙冰豬扒厚身 (一定唔係一張紙薄切切個d),好香口,骨又小個河粉份量超多,都幾滑,正正常常個湯唔算好辣,易入囗,唔覺唔覺飲左好多,如果酸d辣d就好啦!反而配菜個塊蘿蔔冇味既,不過都算係咁,起碼唔會有渣先啦!芒果沙冰超甜超大杯!希望佢地可以keep住水準啦。順帶一提,佢地係冇提供外賣紙架
