About Reward Scheme
蓮香樓重開,一直想找機會去探店。適逢閨蜜過海複診,完事後便到蓮香樓尋找童年回憶。酒樓的裝修及陳設相當懷舊,大水煲、點心站及流動的點心手推車等均是絕無僅有舊式茶樓的特色。剛坐下便見有舊式的煎釀車經過,立即下單,煎釀三寶可隨意搭配,便點了釀尖椒、釀豆腐及煎餃,在點心單磕印的時候才知道是頂點,難得有人現場即煎,貴一點也是合理的。蝦餃王的厚餃皮還有豬油和筍尖的香氣都充滿回憶的味道,當然以現今的標準,出品不夠細緻,但卻承載着許多溫馨的情感和往日的美好時光。乾蒸牛肉屬懷舊點心,牛肉燒賣的主料應當是牛肉,奇怪的是這裏的出品牛肉味欠奉反而香荽味十足。灌湯餃的賣相非常不濟,味道同樣不行,餃皮上枱之時已明顯穿破令湯汁外溢,懷舊也變得不懷舊。牛雜貨真價實,一碗有齊各式牛內臟及蘿蔔,牛雜燜得入味又不太軟爛,非常滋味。糯米雞真的有雞件作饀料,也有一小截臘腸和其他肉餡比盛行的迷你版糯米雞豐富很多。

幾個老友係外國黎香港玩,哽係要帶佢地去試下正宗香港懷舊味道,最後揀左中環蓮香樓.平日Lunch門口都已經排曬隊,等左一陣先有位,見到仲係舊式推車仔點心!好有懷舊feel!咩都想試下,試左招牌燒鵝拼叉燒,燒鵝上台仲熱,有油香兼肉地扎實.叉燒係老派蜜汁叉燒,夠淋無柴非常好.鬼佬Fd勁Like!點心試左蝦餃\排骨\燒賣同牛肉球.都係中上水準,蝦餃最好食,D蝦超彈牙,仲有汁噶入面.最緊要鬼佬朋友食得開心.

蝦餃皮痴住隻蟻,即刻搵個姐姐處理,點知個姐姐用普通話答沒問題的,但明顯有腳,佢知道我係香港人就用返廣東話話冇事架,唔係啲咩黎,用咗我對筷子夾走隻蟻,毀滅證據,我哋不斷問係咩嚟,但一直吱吱唔唔,最終就話係茶葉,我叫佢俾一對新嘅筷子我,佢比完之後就一枝箭走咗。人生第一次見有腳既茶葉。呢度點心唔難食,算中上。我覺得最大問題係負責人嘅態度,蝦餃皮上面好明顯係蟻,職員第一時間唔係諗點樣補救,而係毁滅證據,敷衍我哋。

經open rice book 枱😑都要排隊等入坐🫢係指跟人地無訂枱既排😑呢個我就覺得「甘我訂枱係咩作用」😅講下d野食先!最鐘意「選」腳趾~必叫鳳爪~吾會太咸~夠淋入味花生底係大大粒花!仲要有啲脆想講佢地個蝦餃真係好出色!皮又煙靭~蝦肉大粒包滿 平時我麻麻地燒賣,佢地既燒賣都好食!吾會成口粉~有蝦同豬肉一齊❤️雲吞脆卜卜「仲要係小點收費」蝦肉大粒~配埋甜酸汁~好食到停唔到口我格離果個食左兩個雞扎正常發揮~~裡面雞肉一舊滑一舊難幾好~~牛肉球都吾錯~彈牙有口感兩個人食完呢度仲好想試其他款式點心再出去拎~~再拎左兩牒🫢糯米包同牛柏葉佢個糯米包勁大個~好似叉燒包甘!裡面有細細粒臘腸、蝦米、略嫌唔夠多~成口糯米飯牛柏葉分量都好多!大大嚿~整體來講都好好食下次要再黎食其他點心~兩條友食8牒~好滿足!佢地既普洱茶又吾會太濃「岩曬我」
