今日帶住個黎香港旅游噶外國朋友仔，梗係揾D特色香港風味比佢試下，跟住地圖往半山行，離地鐵站唔係好遠，大大個懷舊招牌見到蓮香樓。坐地就見到係用好復古噶茶杯，外國朋友仔第一次見，都超級好奇。叫左幾樣點心，蝦餃同燒賣就必叫啦~蝦餃入面D蝦肉爽口彈牙，無雪味。燒賣一食就知人手切肉手製，油脂豐富仲要有咬口。果然舊式茶樓先食到呢D味道。臨尾仲叫左芝麻卷同西米焗布丁~好耐無食過呢D“兒時味道”，正。臨走外國朋友仲去門口“蓮香茶”排隊買左杯真係蓮香茶，nice。 continue reading

蓮香三戶—蓮香樓、蓮香居、蓮香棧，其中蓮香樓最老字號，據說總店係喺廣州。翻新咗之後今次第一次嚟，大致上保留返傳統茶室風味，仲有得 OpenRice 訂位，感覺方便。茶樓開 6AM ，佢話可以飲到 4PM ，好多街坊支持，有飲開西茶嘅人，一個人，隔離有人客著旗袍支持。另外，大門口蓮香茶專賣茶品和特飲，行過一個舖位有蓮香燒臘。伙記十分熱情，示範泡茶斟水、上點心、帶位影相都無問題。食物方面好多選擇，有半自助式有煎腸粉車，味道唔錯，埋單價錢中上。 continue reading
