To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情前因嶺南樓鄰近我家, 加上水準穩定成為常客,疫情過後嶺南樓暫停開放一段日子, 但近來因為網上平台的吹捧, 再一次人氣急升。假日只想自然醒,睡飽吃吃,便來到嶺南樓吃下午茶, 比起文迪鍾情的嘉爵酒樓, 這間假日也有茶市, 而且茶位才七元, 也難怪會有人氣, 但又由於地理位置問題, 又加上少有宣傳,光顧的大都是街坊又或是大學生。(特)鮮味蝦餃皇, 嶺南樓的蝦餃皇是必食推介, 外皮細薄內餡結實飽滿,實在的大明蝦肉加點點肥豬肉, 帶一點點蝦汁在水準之上。(特)黑椒金錢肚是日最驚喜的點心, 五味紛陳的汁醬加入黑椒帶點辛辣, 金錢肚炆得軟稔入味, 味道與口感俱佳。(頂)高湯花膠灌湯餃點選灌湯餃的人買少見少, 所以酒樓也鮮有供應, 放湯的灌湯餃屬半忠於原著的做法, 高湯上船鮮甜, 也有花膠的成分, 但灌湯餃吃起來帶預製的感覺, 也許是太費工的關係, 已選用來貨的吧。侍應態度親切, 還問我是否本校學生, 也實在是太抬舉我了吧,畢竟不是青春少艾, 極其量也只是週邊的居民而已。不過若然是該校學生, 折扣額度也挺大的呀, 假如這優惠能推廣致附近居民也就最好不過了。嶺南樓屯門嶺南大學康樂樓1樓

嘢食都幾大碟,炒芥蘭和西檸雞,味道都唔錯,豉油王炒麵都幾入味,牛肉煲係牛肉細舊啲,但係都幾好食。食物送上速度很快,男侍應態度服務好好,又主動熱誠,值得讚!不過,係樓面個著制服個女侍應/知客態度唔專業亦都唔禮貌,有「趕客」成份!我哋準時入去,個女知客唔知道係咪唔識睇電話畫面,俾佢睇OpenRice嘅訂座,佢都唔識睇,又問埋一啲唔係OpenRice要問嘅問題,最後先要問我攞電話,先對到訂座資料,唔通佢唔識睇中文或英文字?嶺南大學嶺南樓餐廳酒樓,話晒都係有專業人士入去食飯,個樓面女之下點會連英文都唔識聽又唔識講又唔識睇?去幾次啲朋友都覺得個女知客好冇禮貌!嶺南樓應搵另一個態度好又專業又識英文嘅樓面女士應招待客人!始終係大學嚟㗎,唔識睇英文,都需要講禮貌英文啦,仲要識講有禮貌嘅廣東話先夠專業!

平時我好少會寫食評,但今次實在忍唔住。今日適逢同屋企人入去嶺南樓食野,但碰上畢業禮,咁多人我都明白可能上餐都需時,但係等咗好耐入去坐低。落單之後個落單姐姐(長頭髮紮馬尾著西裝)比張單我哋,無啦啦多咗幾樣我哋冇叫既野食,出去同佢講返,佢仲要大聲靠夾惡兇返我哋,話點咗邊d野呀,我哋就講返我哋tick嗰d就係點既野,點知佢話改完之後仲係唔啱,我哋又要重新去搵佢講返,佢將張單掉返比我話改好,但其實仲係錯。不過都費事再去同佢講。最後,我哋等咗成個鐘先有野食,仲要係後尾有個姐姐入黎我哋追張單先話係前面搞錯咗,比咗我哋d野食後面既人。最後我哋諗住埋單嗰陣仲有個餐點未上,等極都未到,出去問前枱又話幫我哋跟跟,點之又係冇下文,又話廚房冇收到單。是次既體驗極差,服務態度十分差,並且野食都好一般,以後都唔會再去!!!

嶺南樓聽個名都知係邊度🤣曾聽過這店的名字,今次特登從港島入去飲茶。剛好去到開門不久,大把位揀,侍應都說隨便坐,揀咗張近樓梯底近落地大玻璃窗的枱坐下,因樓底高,又掛住兩幅對聯,覺得書卷味濃。點心叫咗:蠔皇鮮竹卷、原籠馬拉糕、鮮竹牛肉球、叉燒雪山包、香茜牛肉腸粉、特價$9.9芝士鮮蝦炸春卷,另加套餐:1個點心併盤、小食濃湯浸菜心+雪菜火鴨絲燜米。點心不過不失,牛肉腸粉有d筋,芝士鮮蝦炸春卷好脆但無乜芝士味。另外個雪菜火鴨絲燜米,d鴨絲就韌咗d及乾咗d(無乜汁)。套餐個拼盤比較少點心。值得一讚就係$7一個茶錢就真係比較抵了。地方整潔,服務OK,有泊車優惠。飲完茶還可以落樓下個公園影返幾幅靚相,有個這樣的半天遊都唔錯。
