薄餅皆是圍邊較厚,餅底都是較薄的。因為用的芝士份量也較多,有用到阿傑羅拉水牛芝士﹑羅馬羊奶芝士,芝士呈拉絲狀。芝士的關係所以餅底都較為鬆軟,比平時的更要「淋」,黃蕃茄醬是用了聖馬札諾的,被譽為是世上最高級的蕃茄醬,再加上辣椒碎,微微的辣味,加上碎豬肉腸,是清新可口和甜辣味的交叉戲。

四個Pizza入面我最喜愛這個,一股黑松露味潛入我嘴巴,跟隨的是火箭菜在後替我中和松露的強烈味,火腿色澤粉嫩,美滋滋的,再配合兩種水牛芝士在我舌上打仗,我正式宣佈我真的為這道菜投降,實在太好味了!

重口味的朋友不能錯過,用上切塔拉鯷魚、加埃塔橄欖、羅馬羊奶芝士、香草牛至等配料,整合成一個醇厚濃烈的鹹香味道,蕃茄的酸度也則好,百味交集,配襯焦香的餅底非常合適。

Margherita🧀
傅統的瑪格列特,但用上最上等最地道的食材,配上蕃茄醬和羅勒,吃來清柔中帶微酸。外脆的薄餅皮有空氣感且帶有炭香,煙韌又有咬口。

平常不太愛吃薄餅的我,大多一片止步,但那個晚上,我也每個口味吃了一片,每片帶給我的感覺都好不一,有些像在特色街頭吃的新鮮剛焗起的,有些又帶我到兒時和家人把最愛的食材都不吝嗇放在薄餅上的情景上。

因為怕排隊,專登平日lunch 來,12:40到,兩位.好彩唔洗等,叫一個普通pizza 同一個炸pizza.To be honest, good but not great.好過出面少少,因為新鮮烤,但個dough 味道本身一般般,可能我唔好彩,去個當日我覺得個dough 發得未夠好, gluten 未完全develop, 所以影響個pizza未夠煙韌,外脆內軟.至於pizza上面嘅topping,用料質素食落一般般.薯仔無薯仔味,red pepper都冇蔬菜嘅鮮甜.芝士over 左其他topping 既味道.相對上炸pizza比較出色,炸得乾身,無咩油膩味對pizza,我個人鐘意d,外脆內煙韌,好似 naan bread 咁.所以鹹魚白菜,各有喜好.住附近,會來食,專登來就免了

The menu has a very wide range of choices, we ordered the classic one Diavola.Pizza dough is flawless I can tell.. and the tomato paste is not the one you can get in normal Italian grocery store, the ingredients are selected very carefully, high quality. The menu has a very wide range of choices, we ordered the classic one Diavola.

唔講唔知原來依間小鋪頭係2023年獲選「50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific」排名第21位所有PIZZA 由主廚 Gavino Pilo 親自主理當日都有見到佢(無拎簽名笑完全唔係pizza hut個種款式薄餅中心係柔軟而且薄層但又不至於破掉能承重所有的材料而且燒的時間超快5分鐘一份就係巨型石窯烤爐所燒高溫之下薄餅既邊燒成鬆脆帶小許炭香中間柔軟濕潤但食材又已經熟透經典薄餅系列當然必點深受歡迎瑪格麗塔披薩 Margherita HKD 188可以最多分成6份意大利辣肉腸薄餅 DiavolaHKD 208依個小小辣 好野味披薩餃 CalzoneHKD 228貴, 而且只能分成最多3份但內餡超豐富芝士比例也最多我最中意依款呀♡⃜Zingara HKD 258 不過不失 無好特別可能俾其他pizza搶哂味因為店鋪也比較小比較建議外賣外賣自取後盒子內部是金燦燦的(有保溫作用?)然後有小貼紙在內部介紹用拿坡里人傳統食法把薄餅分開一塊塊後再對摺享用

好正好正亞洲Top 24之Pizza已經被好多Media報導過今次R到朋友黎陪我食超開心呀餐廳主打外賣架店內座位認真不多為在熱辣辣食到Pizza都決定迫迫地坐底食由於即叫即焗都要等10幾分鐘左右首先真係要講下個Pizza邊好煙韌好好食用料亦都有相當新鮮之感覺我地叫左一個係蕃茄芝士為主的Affumicata有水牛芝士、羊奶芝士,Garlic,蕃茄等等好Fresh好濃蕃茄味另一個DAMA得芝士底白汁底為主內有茄子的同意大利燒肉芝士味亦都相當之重員工叫我地對摺片Pizza黎食唔好跌左D餡出黎整體係好唔錯一個女仔我覺得食到3/4已經好飽順便一提佢個外賣盒好靚!回頭指數:7/10

店內座位認真不多
為在熱辣辣食到Pizza都決定迫迫地坐底食
由於即叫即焗都要等10幾分鐘左右
首先真係要講下個Pizza邊
好煙韌好好食
用料亦都有相當新鮮之感覺
我地叫左一個係蕃茄芝士為主的Affumicata
有水牛芝士、羊奶芝士,Garlic,蕃茄等等
好Fresh好濃蕃茄味

另一個DAMA得芝士底白汁底為主
內有茄子的同意大利燒肉
芝士味亦都相當之重
員工叫我地對摺片Pizza黎食
唔好跌左D餡出黎

整體係好唔錯
一個女仔我覺得食到3/4已經好飽
順便一提佢個外賣盒好靚!

第一啖咬落去Prama Ham嘅肉汁、連埋橄欖油同水牛芝士融合埋一齊香到不得了
再咬多啖食埋車厘茄同羅勒(新鮮到一啲草腥味都冇)
超新鮮嘅香草加蕃茄同Parma Ham嘅鹹香、水牛芝士嘅味道配合得啱啱好

(我哋第一次食Margarita嗰陣時啲汁熱到辣口,第一啖嗰陣好似飲緊湯咁🤤)

總結:Little Napoli一定係香港必試嘅Pizza,同Fiata比佢嘅餅皮冇咁香,但佢嘅餡會多過Fiata,睇你重餡派定重餅皮派啦~不過基本上都贏過晒香港其他嘅Pizza㗎啦
