完個個大Project, 要同D同事去食下好西, 大家都鐘意食海鮮, 西貢係不二之選, 見到碼頭果度好多間, 不過無價錢, 唔係好敢亂入, 最後係街尾果頭見到一間叫六福, 個4人餐明碼實價, D野都岩食, 就呢間啦!小菜椒鹽奇脆豆腐好大一舊,好滑,豆腐被炸到金黃色,外皮脆漿厚度適中,外脆內軟,豆腐好有豆香。天婦羅桶蠔生菜包我本身只食生蠔, 熟蠔真係好少食, 呢個仲要手掌咁大隻,真係唔覺會有幾好食,不過食過之後, 有少少愛上左,皮夠香唔原唔油,蠔身肥味唔會一陣腥味,包住塊生菜食絕對係畫龍點精,簿簿一塊生菜減少熱氣感覺又唔同搶左淡淡蠔味。絕對會因為呢個蠔而黎多次。椒鹽焗南非鮑魚同樣係個脆皮夠脆又野味,脆皮真係好簿, 鮑魚好軟林一D都唔銀。慢慢一片片切黎食,慢慢嘆。芝士開邊龍蝦(炒飯)待應哥哥提議我地轉炒飯,保證好食,我地見佢咁有信心而且出面都好少有炒飯底, 就試下。又估唔到幾夾喎,飯炒得好香,畢起一匙撩起左D飯之後陣香氣係勇出黎。龍蝦鮮味厚實爽肉不在話下,芝士唔會太濃味食到龍蝦鮮味同炒飯飯香。最後係淨返D龍蝦但清哂D飯。哈哈薑蔥炒蟶子皇好夠鑊氣,薑蔥好野味,蟶子肉厚實粗身,大家都知炒蟶子肉

我本身只食生蠔, 熟蠔真係好少食, 呢個仲要手掌咁大隻,真係唔覺會有幾好食,不過食過之後, 有少少愛上左,皮夠香唔原唔油,蠔身肥味唔會一陣腥味,包住塊生菜食絕對係畫龍點精,簿簿一塊生菜減少熱氣感覺又唔同搶左淡淡蠔味。絕對會因為呢個蠔而黎多次。

椒鹽焗南非鮑魚
同樣係個脆皮夠脆又野味,脆皮真係好簿, 鮑魚好軟林一D都唔銀。慢慢一片片切黎食,慢慢嘆。

芝士開邊龍蝦(炒飯)
待應哥哥提議我地轉炒飯,保證好食,我地見佢咁有信心而且出面都好少有炒飯底, 就試下。又估唔到幾夾喎,飯炒得好香,畢起一匙撩起左D飯之後陣香氣係勇出黎。龍蝦鮮味厚實爽肉不在話下,芝士唔會太濃味食到龍蝦鮮味同炒飯飯香。最後係淨返D龍蝦但清哂D飯。哈哈

薑蔥炒蟶子皇
好夠鑊氣,薑蔥好野味,蟶子肉厚實粗身,大家都知炒蟶子肉就真係唔多,大家每人夾一兩下就無咩淨,好快可以收碟,但今次大家都留住碟薑蔥慢慢食。

鮮菠蘿生炒骨
正常發揮,皮脆, 肉帶少少肥肉唔會太鞋口,酸甜汁偏甜DD,岩我個人口味。

最後個甜品都有小驚喜,係泰國姨姨整既椰青大菜糕,好清甜,話飽但又係食哂。

其實,就喺一道好家常嘅蕃茄薯仔湯,不過,飲落絕對喺有意外驚喜,因為其魚鮮味非常濃郁,啖啖精華,卻完全唔好有任何雜質,呢啲都喺功夫,既用大量不同的鮮魚,更以魚袋裝住去煲,再隔一隔隔清啲雜物,務求做到濃香而不濁。

焗蠔就食得多,但用上天婦羅做法印象中就第一次,雖然炸過,但估唔到啲桶蠔仲喺咁大隻。面層嘅脆漿做得好薄,脆而不膩,最有畫龍點睛之效喺配上一片生菜再塗啲沙律醬嚟食,立時增加咗陣陣清爽感,而蠔肉厚身蠔味重,極具口感。
