To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前段時間和朋友聊天時說起最近吃得比較油膩,想找一點清淡又好吃的餐廳吃看看🤔朋友便推介了這間在中環大館的素食點心茶館🌟這間主打素食點心的茶館除了有各式各樣的茶葉可選外,還有別具特色的雞尾酒🤭都是由各款茶葉為基底調配而成🌟所有的素肉類點心都值得一贊🌟特別是羊肉串和牛肉球的口感十分逼真🔥味道也很不錯羊肉串是經典的孜然調味~牛肉球外層是反轉的炸豆卜🌟蘸上蕃茄汁一齊吃香脆不油膩👍🏻黑松露燒賣香氣撲鼻🌟綠茶西米糕也有驚喜🌟茶香味清新濃郁,甜味不多,不錯👍🏻馬拉糕鬆軟香甜也同樣好吃♥️兩杯茶底雞尾酒的味道也很好,酒精的部分給很足🤭但同時也能喝到茶的香氣,阿婆表示滿意♥️ continue reading

去到大館,本來打算一如以往的去飲咖啡,但被一位戶外食客的品茶set 吸引,決定一試。平日飲開Earl Grey的我,揀咗個推介青茶,淡淡花香,感覺同Earl Grey有異曲同工之妙。因為一個人,但又怕曬,所以選咗bar枱位置。職員很好,友善又有禮,教我點樣慢慢去品嚐,又會提醒空肚飲茶,胃可能受不起,引起不適…很窩心,謝謝妳!☺️因為店主打是品茶,所以「佐茶」食物反而是配角,但選擇也不少,以素食為主,味道不錯,價錢合理,值得推介!👍🏻食完就可以再繼續嘆茶🫖😌😌😌溫馨提示:若大家如我一樣,一人去享受Me time, 記得唔好眼濶肚窄地叫大多「佐茶」美食,因為佢嘅portion也不細,亦唔好比「佐茶」美食霸曬個胃嘅空間,大家要記住,這店主是品茶為主啊!😉😊最後,憑單往對面同名店,可以以九折買茶葉,即刻比張單店長介紹返啱啱飲過的青茶。下次來大館,一定會再來打卡,好好享受飲茶的寧靜。Btw 都要多謝埋店長,同我上咗一堂茶葉「雞精班」,清楚解釋不同色的茶葉之分別!🙇🏻‍♀️ continue reading
