芝麻糊冇芝麻味,應該係本身好稀,但又加左好多粉勾茨勾到個質地勁奇怪。味道同質地都已經唔可以叫做芝麻糊

發記是一間老字號的糖水,很久沒有到了所以再次光臨。我和朋友試了一些比較新款式的糖水,聽說他們的餐牌已經轉了很久,目的為求迎合年輕人的口味。我們叫了一個竹炭窩夫以及榴槤金寶,竹炭窩夫很特別,黑色的竹炭粉焗成的窩夫有三層,配合上白色的忌廉,做了夾心的效果,再加上曲奇雪糕,真的是黑白雙刹。窩夫焗得脆卜卜,配上軟滑的忌廉,令人感到特別窩心。榴蓮金寶令我異常興奮!因為我很喜歡吃榴槤,尤其是在這些季節,吃一些補身的水果有最好不過。店員千叮萬囑叫我們不要觸碰那個鐵板,因為它是用高溫焗出來的,榴槤蓉加上脆卜卜一粒粒的金寶,熱辣辣,感覺一點也不像榴槤,因為它不會有很漏和很臭的感覺。另外加上雲呢拿雪糕,一熱一冷,冰火交融。另外朋友叫了一個養生甜藝系列,就是雙杏木瓜燉雪耳,南北杏配上木瓜加上雪耳十分養顏,其實男女也適合吃,但是略嫌有點不太熱,份量亦適中,他們很快也吃完了。

我們叫了一個竹炭窩夫以及榴槤金寶,竹炭窩夫很特別,黑色的竹炭粉焗成的窩夫有三層,配合上白色的忌廉,做了夾心的效果,再加上曲奇雪糕,真的是黑白雙刹。窩夫焗得脆卜卜,配上軟滑的忌廉,令人感到特別窩心。

榴蓮金寶令我異常興奮!因為我很喜歡吃榴槤,尤其是在這些季節,吃一些補身的水果有最好不過。店員千叮萬囑叫我們不要觸碰那個鐵板,因為它是用高溫焗出來的,榴槤蓉加上脆卜卜一粒粒的金寶,熱辣辣,感覺一點也不像榴槤,因為它不會有很漏和很臭的感覺。另外加上雲呢拿雪糕,一熱一冷,冰火交融。

另外朋友叫了一個養生甜藝系列,就是雙杏木瓜燉雪耳,南北杏配上木瓜加上雪耳十分養顏,其實男女也適合吃,但是略嫌有點不太熱,份量亦適中,他們很快也吃完了。

旺角咁多嘢食唔食講唔過去呀~發記甜品出名~又多款簡~食過幾次都唔錯~加上幾間分店要食隨時出發好方便~但食得好飽~所以决定外賣一份返去食坐完港鐵返去都冇溶算係咁啦~香蕉斑㦸、芒果斑㦸、士多啤梨斑㦸都食過~都係榴櫣最正~榴櫣斑㦸一份兩件~情侶一齊食都唔洗掙~斑㦸皮包住一舊榴櫣肉放係上面~下面係一層新鮮打嘅cream~斑㦸皮軟熟~正常厚薄~食落口感好~D cream唔會好甜~榴櫣肉食落比較淋係用偏熟嘅榴櫣~所以比較香同偏重榴櫣味~一口咬落去

早食完晚飯,諗住食下甜品,經過發記,又有芋圓,諗住入去試下。點知就試到我食過最難食的芋圓!點左芋圓榴連飄香,個榴連底同滿記差好遠,加左榴連汁,而真榴連就好少。但最最最失望係個幾粒芋圓!我諗叫面粉團正確d!一d都吾Q ,吾煙un! 好似食緊面粉甘!同伙記講,點解你地d芋圓甘嘅?一d都吾Q ,伙記第一句話"我地d芋圓係甘嘅!”我即刻O 咀!我話"我預期芋圓吾係粉圓,係Q Q地,食落口煙un!“伙記再講"我地d芋圓全部廠做,全部都係甘“! 我諗我再講都哂氣!伙記話可以幫我“筆“走d芋圓。我再次O 咀,筆走左,碗野會好食左?我話吾使啦!伙記見我反應,先提議取消,再點其他。但我拒絕左,因爲已經好想快d走,吾想再食了!當時七點幾,只有三枱客,兩枱係大陸遊客,只有我一枱係本地。我諗質素甘差,佢哋預左冇回頭客,只做遊客了!
