一到旺角 已經係下午茶時間唔食太heavy既下午茶餐就食糖水喇我唔係第一次食發記對上一次我係買外賣返屋企仲記得佢啲芒果係勁酸今次就再食多次入到去之後,得兩三枱客人,位都幾多下店員就帶左我地去梳化位,同比menu我地就咁睇啲甜品糖水都唔平,由$20-60起不等種類都幾多,班戟、窩夫、糖水、棉花冰等等但我同媽媽都唔係肚餓,只你想搵個地方坐下所以就嗌左金粟紫米露湯圓 HKD35勁好味,唔係好甜,啖啖黑糯米,唔會好稀湯圓係芝麻餡,正常味,好難唔好食加分位: 我呀媽話竟然有芋頭!!幾推薦呢個,下次我都會食呢個!生磨芝麻糊 HKD26係普通既芝麻糊,但唔似新鮮生磨比較似係超市一包包粉沖出黎既仲要好稀一啲都唔糊呢個價錢,咁既質素,有啲唔值唔建議食不過因為紫米太正,所以我會再食呢間店^^

今晚食完晚飯就嚟發記食甜品,皆因呢度出左梳乎厘pancake,我超愛呢類pancake,每次去日本都一定要食!Pancake要等20分鐘,咁就食住其他甜品先啦。芒果蛋白燉奶既燉奶好滑,但本身比較淡,加花奶增強左甜度,奶味都更重,兩者好夾,配埋香甜既芒果就更好食!綠茶心太軟擺盤好特別,但食既時候比較麻煩,心太軟茶味唔重,太濕淋,冇外脆內軟既感覺,一般。最後最期待既pancake 都令人有啲失望,香味不足而且質感太乾,冇梳乎厘鬆軟綿綿既質感。呢度環境唔錯,但新研發既甜品可以做得更好!

炎炎夏日,日日都三十度以上!在旺角行左一陣,已經抵抗不了甜品的誘惑,所以決定去發記甜品消暑一入到甜品舖,成間店迫滿晒人,相信大家都係同我一樣目的,發記甜品好耐無黎過,睇見佢既壁畫就可以感受到佢店既悠久歷史睇見牆上面嘅menu,呢幾款應該係佢地最熱推既甜品,由於我同老公都非常熱愛榴槤,所以我地諗都無諗既情況下就點左三款榴槤產品一般出面食到嘅榴槤班戟係忌廉多過榴槤,呢度係相反,榴槤多過忌廉,而且榴槤唔會太熟,唔識食會覺得臭,但我地就覺得好香榴槤飄香相對唔算好大舊榴槤,但係我地就好鐘意佢地調既呢個味,啖啖都充滿榴槤香味頂級榴槤糯米卷 相信大家睇相都知道入面嘅榴槤餡係有幾大件, 而且外層嘅糯米卷係有啲煙韌,而且薄薄地,唔會令你太飽! 咁多個呢個最出色!

朋友到來,食完午餐,想食甜品,經過這店,發現都很久沒來食,所以入去。環境很舒適,服務員態度好。但甜品質素差了點,沒有像以往好,可能太多甜品店舖,所以相比之下,變相差了。我們三個人叫了三個甜品,蛋白燉奶,芒果金寶,榴槤心太軟。蛋白燉奶(熱),食這甜品而且感覺店舖差了。最簡單的甜品,最能食出店舖。得個甜字芒果金寶(雲尼拿雪糕),下面全是餅乾,芒果夠甜唔酸,太普通又不太好食甜品,最搞笑還有奶配上,好似完全不配搭,因本身已經夠甜,還加練奶,有點甜得恐怖。賣相好似好靚,但食就不行。榴槤心太軟(雲尼拿雪糕),都好香榴槤味,個榴槤皮都好好食,但有點感覺榴槤色素太深色,應該加了點色素,好似唔夠原榴槤做的甜品。榴槤味道不太差,但都麻麻地好食,都係賣相夠特別。榴槤底下又有一片餅乾,底下又是雲尼拿雪糕,完全沒點新意。而且相片和真實雪糕有點距離對這店舖有點失望,差了很多,得個樣,但甜品絕對唔太附合現在甜品店舖要求。價錢又不太平,這價錢好食店舖多得很,我諗我下次一定不會再來食。

榴槤心太軟(雲尼拿雪糕),都好香榴槤味,個榴槤皮都好好食,但有點感覺榴槤色素太深色,應該加了點色素,好似唔夠原榴槤做的甜品。榴槤味道不太差,但都麻麻地好食,都係賣相夠特別。榴槤底下又有一片餅乾,底下又是雲尼拿雪糕,完全沒點新意。而且相片和真實雪糕有點距離

對這店舖有點失望,差了很多,得個樣,但甜品絕對唔太附合現在甜品店舖要求。

晚上於九龍維景酒店的唐宮中餐廳吃過一頓甚富夏日風味的鮮果盛宴,意猶未盡,轉場再到發記甜品享用甜品美點才回家。 細心留意牆上貼上的宣傳海報,不難發現一系列疏乎厘班戟甜品正進行推廣優惠,只要於 Facebook 或 Instagram 對餐廳及甜品 Like & Share,就可以以半價享用有關甜品。這客芒果梳乎厘班戟,班戟的質感特意做到和梳乎厘相近,入口綿軟。趁熱與雪糕相碰,冷熱口感在口中交集。不同口味的梳乎厘班戟,原來分別只在於放在班戟旁的水果,班戟水果兩者融合度不強。 腐竹薏米湯丸可算是傳統中式糖水,味道合預期未有驚喜。糖水中的芝麻湯丸軟糯煙韌,芝麻香口,味道不錯。薰衣草蜜糖燉雪梨是較富特色的糖水,花香突出,味道甜潤。望見糖水中的雪梨,不期然想起剛剛的鮮果盛宴,可算是一個完整美滿的終結。

發記甜品。楊枝甘露味道很地道傳統 芒果有果香味 新鮮甘甜 很值得一試 朱古力窩夫配芒果冰淇淋 窩夫表皮烤的很酥脆 內餡軟嫩 配上蜂蜜風味獨特 用了蜂蜜糖口感不會太甜哦!由於自己喜歡吃芒果 特地配了芒果冰淇淋 芒果味道很足很好吃!配的刀叉也相當有特色的純木刀叉,但是也不是很環保哦!Anyway!香港老牌甜品,很值得一試!

好耐冇食榴槤飄香,行開旺角就買番屋企食!打開袋見到碗糖水既顏色好似螢光黃!我記得以前係淺綠色!食落口就覺得味道差左好多!榴槤飄香啲糖水好稀,啲榴槤少左好多,得兩啖!以前食到半碗開始會覺得有啲"溜",因為好足料!依家左半碗都好似冇食過咁!價錢又貴左!招牌糖水已經唔好食!唔會再下次!
