一行三人去開觀塘工作,lunch rush hour隨意入咗呢間有唔少選擇嘅冰室。午市餐牌大約50至$70。仲有其他常餐同埋a la carte可以叫。我哋分別叫咗個酸菜魚飯餐、雞扒飯餐,同埋常餐瑞士汁雞全翼撈丁。常餐有3隻翼、櫻花蝦炒滑蛋、牛油丹麥多士(烘底),汁另上,加埋凍OT先$53,非常抵食。係丁底麵淋身咗啲,另上汁偏甜,就麵本身唔太索汁,掛汁咁食,不過都ok,好夠汁。(以下無影到相抱歉)—酸菜魚飯—魚量好足!酸度剛好湯底偏淡味不過好餸飯嘅,係個湯嘅蘿蔔本身係醃蘿蔔,有啲得意😂—港式燒汁(橙汁嗰隻)雞扒飯—雞扒好厚肉,煎得得幾靚,其餘不太特別。值得一提,喺呢一度嘅澱粉質其實都處理得麻麻哋。面就偏腍,飯都係,同埋唔係粒粒分明。不過overall性價比都係到,唔想搵位,醫吓個肚絕對ok! continue reading

明就明 唔明就黎明 食評有真有作 從來 我只睇性價比 講真 呢個年頭 走去食啲大連鎖都成$40 個早餐落樓 仲要鞋晒口咁款既配搭 塊多士仲要唔脆既行貨 食多幾餐都頂唔順呢度$34 有沙牛麵 腸仔蛋 同啡 講真 個沙牛啲牛韌左啲 但整體是average 腸蛋都係 我反而覺得個丹麥多士 同個啡係得既 雖然未話去到燒鵝級味道 啡香唔澀口 個多士可以用好食形容 只係細塊啲(有啲餐廳都係用丹麥包 但就Hae 出)邊係脆的 包亦是新鮮的 食得出 唔post 相啦 望落都係咁上下 自己來試下 🥱🥱 continue reading

這晚跟親友一起吃晚飯,一共4人,每人叫了一道菜,合共4道,包括:胡椒豬肚雞煲小炒王野菌炒牛脷椒鹽鮮魷4個白飯先來的是胡椒豬肚煲,煲身很大,而且用檯中央的電爐不斷加熱,影相時已吃了部份,所以會見到湯在滾動,材料是豐富的,但湯頭太鹹,我們要不斷加水沖淡。接續是小炒王,曾經見過網友問小炒王是什麼?其實小炒王基本上是廚師發辦,他炒什麼便吃什麼,但一般來說是韮菜花或蒜芯炒乾魷魚及蝦乾,配菜會用上甘筍、花生、腰果、菜脯等,不一而足。這晚的小炒王是用韮菜花炒乾魷魚、魷魚鬚及白飯魚乾,配菜方面用了菜脯及腰果,相比前一道菜,這道菜沒那麼鹹,但由於菜脯的緣故,味道依然偏鹹。我們彼此都覺得三鄉小炒比它出色太多了!什麼是三鄉小炒?它是一道非常地道的家鄉菜,詳情上網便可以輕易查找到。再來是野菌炒牛脷,這道菜起初以為上錯,因為碟上有一半都是茄子,根本看不見所謂野菌,經確認後才知沒上錯。原來是有菌類食材,只因色深而份量相對地少,加上牛脷切粒不是切片,而茄子數量真是多得不成比例,所以才有所誤會。味道方面,一個字形容:鹹,鹹的程度是介乎前兩道菜之間。最後是三催四請,等到前三道菜幾乎吃光才出現的椒鹽鮮魷。我從來未試過如此差勁的椒鹽鮮魷,鮮魷居然用一層厚漿粉包著來炸,而且所謂的鮮魷,淡而無味,完全不知所謂,非常非常非常差勁的出品。4道菜連4個白飯,合共4百多塊錢,味道基本上得一個字形容:鹹!完全不值。看來,我要在同區另找食肆了。 continue reading

今日難得經開觀塘做嘢,就去試吓上次食過嘅六和冰室,因為上次係食夜晚嘅,所以都想睇吓晏晝會有啲咩食!去到見到隔籬枱叫咗碟酸菜魚,跟住我就望一望個Menu,估唔到竟然有個酸菜魚飯,見佢賣相咁正,梗係即刻嗌返碟試吓!真係估佢唔到個酸菜魚整得咁好食,個酸度啱啱好,最正係裏面竟然有我最愛嘅萵筍! 六和連lunch都整得好好食,希望佢哋快啲開嚟尖沙咀,咁我就可以成日食啦!🤣🤣🫶🏻嗰杯即磨咖啡都唔錯,而且食物上枱都好快,基本上等咗唔使10分鐘! continue reading

中午觀塘成業街地下、見到有位入去坐,叫左個餐、有牛扒通粉, 多士同奄列,送餐算快,牛扒是分碟上,本來是幾好的。再黎個火腿奄列,頭2啖切開都可以,見到蛋幾滑,成啖放入口,牙齒咬到碎聲,原來是蛋殼!睇個外表正常,連雞蛋殼都有,絕對冇下次!通粉個湯好似史雲生雞湯味,食落去感覺似有油既味. 已經放棄成碗無食。 continue reading
