我同男朋友都未去過Airside 商場,趁大家今日都放假,決定齊齊大鄉里出城,去行下食下。餐廳優雅舒適,環境猛光,地方寬敞,見有唔少大枱、闊落嘅卡座、吧枱、高枱等,座位唔少。共有八款上等嘅中國茶選擇,男朋友揀咗香郁葉醇嘅西湖龍井($28/位),一路用小蠟燭煲住飲,味道甘香,飲完喉嚨好舒服。前菜小食係碧根果($28),香脆可口,滿有堅果香。仲有一小碟足料嘅XO醬,香辣惹味,正!午巿有兩款套餐,我地揀咗嵐月午市行政套餐($388),共有五道菜,每款都好精美。嵐月精緻點心薈萃共有三款,先來糖醋紅菜野菌盒,加了紅菜頭汁製作,好有創意!炸得酥鬆,香脆可口,中間藏了野菌蓉,點啲糖醋汁,酸咪咪,好醒胃!嵐月西班牙黑豚叉燒沾滿蜜汁,好香甜。肉質相當腍嫩,燒得有啲焦香,加上有些肥膏,食落好甘香油潤,正!鮮茴香海鮮餃晶瑩剔透,圓潤飽滿,好靚呀!皮薄饀靚,包着彈牙嘅蝦仁、瑤柱、蟹絲等,用料矜貴,味道鮮美。枇杷果螺頭燉雪雁 美味得一滴不流。一打開蓋,陣陣鮮香,落足料燉製,有原粒鮮香嘅瑤柱、鮮爽唧螺頭、潤喉嘅枇杷果、鮮香嘅瘦肉等,每啖都甘香滋潤,好好飲呀!羊肚菌蘆筍炒北海道帶子相當精美!帶子又大又厚,刺身級狀,
