第一次去嵐月,見到環境幾靚幾乾淨,就入去試下個chef tasting menu 埋單人頭over $800,份量少到一個女仔食完都好似食左個寂寞咁,前菜細份都合理嘅,主菜係一隻蝦,兩舊雞,兩舊勝瓜同兩啖飯,雀仔胃不防黎試下,上完個前菜先話俾你知個主菜24小時慢煮牛肋骨冇哂,然後搵兩舊鞋口雞肉頂上,上菜慢到好似食緊法國菜咁差唔多食左成兩個鐘,味道不過不失,又冇食評講到咁高質同非試不可,除非你只係為左黎打卡。由入門到埋單果一刻,得過黎埋單個員工笑笑口之外,其他經理侍應全程都係黑口黑面冇水洗面,你問佢野一句起兩句止,好似爭佢錢咁🤦🏻‍♀️尤其是啲男經理👨‍💼想做高檔餐廳唔該請啲有禮貌嘅員工,都睇得出廚房都好用心做啲特別嘅中餐🥢但俾班前線嘅侍應同經理搞到禍哂,幾好味都背脊骨落,一定唔會再有第二次嘅幫襯。

高收費, 低服務; 門面寛,氣量窄。原本想寫影評, 但還是寫了這則飲食評。昨天與親友共四人看完電影後,就到Airside 嵐月(新派中菜)吃下午茶,因為門面設計唔錯,有些綠色植物,所以吸引左我們入去,裏面環境裝修雅緻,又有落地玻璃可看到外面,景觀開揚,不過服務就欠積極(可能他們都很忙)。我們遠遠的跟一位服務員示意我們要兩SET下午茶套餐,但她沒有問我們要喝甚麼。後來我們等到口渴了,終於找到人幫我們落單叫了三位咖啡、一位中國茶。由於先送上來的是一壺中國茶,大家都好想飲啖茶濕下喉先,但說時遲那時快,正當想攞起茶壺倒茶時,一位男服務員馬上來收起三位茶杯,他對我們說如要喝其中一位所選的中國茶,另外三位則須要另付茶費,我驟感愕然,心裏暗想我們三位又不是沒叫飲品來白喝你的茶,只是想大家來分享一下,這樣做法未免不夠大氣,但為免打亂親友相聚餐的良好氣氛,而且真的口渴(入左嚟咁耐,一滴水都未入到口),我就乾脆的說你們就照計茶錢吧!因為剛看完電影<九龍城寨之圍城>,呢齣戲不只講打,還講人情味,加上古天樂還在我腦袋中打轉,”做多一步,好客之道。” 呢間餐廳真係做多咗嘢,但就比我覺得無咩人情味

因為剛看完電影<九龍城寨之圍城>,呢齣戲不只講打,還講人情味,加上古天樂還在我腦袋中打轉,”做多一步,好客之道。” 呢間餐廳真係做多咗嘢,但就比我覺得無咩人情味。若說這是公司規矩,早應該在落單時或在餐牌上註明 ”選擇喝咖啡的如要喝另一位所選的中國茶需要另付茶費”,好讓我有時間拔腿走人,或全桌人都飲同一款飲品算了,就避免這尷尬情況。
對於食物我無意見,一分錢一分貨,而且心情被打亂了,也沒有好好的享受食物。如果嵐月是高檔次餐廳,服務就是低檔次,我還得要付服務費啊,或許最有效率的是男服務員來收起茶杯那一刻,但其實整個過程係好核突,顯得好小家,好”cheap”囉,又或者是我”cheap” , 唔識高檔餐廳規矩。
一所優質食肆又豈只吃食物的美味,還要吃出個人情味來嘛, 人情味不該是街坊大排檔獨有的專利啊!
