以上嘅菜式都係比較濃味嘅,所以我哋都特登叫咗個浸菜清一清油膩感,我個人覺得個精華係在於個湯底,基本上餐廳都會提供一個匙羹俾你裝湯,個湯有好濃郁嘅雞香味道,但係食落唔會油膩,仲隱約食到枸杞嘅鮮甜味,用嚟浸菜苗就可以令到啲湯滲入啲菜度,食完好舒服
