茶香雞🐓非常出色,遠遠已經聞到茶香嘅味道,成道菜好有心思,打開個蓋嘅時候有一道煙出來,好有迷離嘅感覺
簡直係藝術與食物嘅融合,蘋果木香已經滲入雞皮,雖然我平時唔食雞皮,但係我今次都破例將雞皮全部食晒,而且佢口感清爽,一啲都唔油膩👍

我反而覺得肉碎炒生菜比鑊仔炒白蘆筍好食,白蘆筍平時好少喺中菜裏面見到,呢個fusion算係做得幾好味,佢冇啲肉粒吊味,識落有啲寡。但肉碎炒生菜更出色,佢用平時食煲仔飯嘅煲仔裝住,好有鑊氣,而且肉碎將生菜味道提升,色香味俱全👍


蟹肉脆米湯飯🦀稍為普通少少,中規中矩好似平時嘅湯飯咁加少少新鮮蟹肉,個湯味道濃郁,而且食完之後都冇特別口渴,但係脆米比較少,四個人只有一小瓶share,有少少到喉唔到肺😶‍🌫️

芝麻糕好有特色,佢嘅形狀係兩隻石獅子🦁,好多時出面啲甜品好睇唔好食,但今次唔係,睇得又食得,石獅子非常精緻,食落亦有淡淡芝麻香🤤

值得一讚喺呢度嘅服務好殷勤,第一次食唔係好熟架步,侍應好耐心咁介紹菜式,而且亦會推介啲特色嘅Fusion煮法,如果香港間間嘅餐廳都有咁嘅服務態度,我諗應該唔會好似而家咁「生意好啊!」

最後餐廳亦好貼心地為我哋送上桃膠糖水作為總結,材料亦唔馬虎,淡淡桃膠之餘亦有桂元、紅棗點綴,只係甜咗少少🤏

餐廳裝修高雅,配合專業嘅侍應同高質素嘅食物,簡直係我哋香港餐廳嘅榜樣
