今日和朋友去啟德行吓,睇下幾個運動場和零售館,感覺很國際化和設備一流,希望可以吸引到更多遊客嚟香港,帶旺經濟。晚餐我哋選擇咗Airside嵐月,餐廳裝修優雅,燈光柔和,令我哋一入去就感受到一種輕鬆嘅氛圍。店員非常有禮,服務態度一流。我哋點咗一個套餐,首先來咗鵝肝流心脆球,外脆內流,咬落去口感豐富,鵝肝味道濃郁,真係好正!然後係皇帝蟹海皇酸辣羹,湯底酸辣適中,蟹肉鮮甜,吃完之後真係令人開胃。接住嚟係蔥油脆皮三黃雞,皮脆肉嫩,加上香蔥嘅味道,簡直一流!仲有嵐月小炒皇,色香味俱全,材料新鮮,炒得剛剛好,每一口都好滿足。最後,川貝陳皮燉啤梨作為甜品,清甜可口,完美收尾。總體嚟講,Airside嵐月真係一個值得推薦嘅地方,無論係食物定係服務,都令人印象深刻!希望下次再來試下其他嘢!

接住嚟係蔥油脆皮三黃雞,皮脆肉嫩,加上香蔥嘅味道,簡直一流!仲有嵐月小炒皇,色香味俱全,材料新鮮,炒得剛剛好,每一口都好滿足。

最後,川貝陳皮燉啤梨作為甜品,清甜可口,完美收尾。

總體嚟講,Airside嵐月真係一個值得推薦嘅地方,無論係食物定係服務,都令人印象深刻!希望下次再來試下其他嘢!

來到晚餐的尾聲,侍應一如以前,奉上小杯的「鳳凰單叢」給客人清清喉嚨,消消膩滯。對這味道苦中帶甘,消膩解滯的烏龍茶,太太不喜歡它濃郁的苦味,但我就十分喜歡,覺得它解渴生津,把太太的茶也喝掉。
